Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of induced draft top discharge counter flow type FRP Cooling Tower of 100 TR capacity (Rectangular/Round bottle shape) with FRP body and base, water spray headers, cooling tower fills, fan with TEFC / TEAO Squirrel cage induction motor with class ‘F’ insulation, supporting base frames, suction screen, suitable inspection ladder as per manufacturer's standard instructions with platform at INHS Sanjivani complete all as specified and as directed Note:-(1). Civil works required for the cooling tower staging as per OEM recommendation is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (2) . cooling tower to be positioned in such a way one should be match in level with the existing cooling tower tower complete all as per OEM recommendation. (3). Contractor should submit design drawing of the cooling tower before commencing the work. (4). Any items left out for successful completion of the work to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but of size 50 TR capacity complete all as specified and as directed. (For X-ray plant)

Supply and laying condenser water pipe line 125 MM dia GI pipe medium grade with necessary fittings such as tees, bends, etc. adequately supported on rigid supports etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note: - Any connected works related connecting to existing condenser piping lines, cutting, welding, supports, fabrication works shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and installation PN 1.6 manual butterfly valve ,cast iron body, stainless steel spindle of sizes 125 mm include flanges , nut, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix online electrostatic non chemical water treatment system with electric operated control panel, suitable for 100 TR capacity cooling tower 125 mm dia condenser pipeline (OT AC Plant) complete all as specified and as directed Note: - the outer casing shall be of stainless steel and the work include cutting and welding of existing GI/MS pipe providing flange nut, bolts gaskets at both ends, neatly wired electrical connection from the panel board and modification in existing system complete all as required.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 3 core 10 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.
