Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified cap 500 ltr incl taking out old PVC/RCC tank & removal away from site

All as per item No 2 above but cap 1000 ltrs cap

Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s .) all as specified & directed.

Taking down steel water tubing and connections, including remove to store for the 15mm dia and all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab,complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping to parapet walls including necessary form work complete all as directed.

M&L for carring out water proofing treatment for roof in following stages :- (1) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per mfr inst over conc surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (2) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (3)Second layer of 3 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement & having weight 3 Kg/sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid over Roof slab/padding surfaces over a coat of Bitumen 85/25 applied @ 1.20 kg/Sqm complete all as specified & directed at site.

M& L for carring out roof treatment in the following stages (a) Apply first coat of bituman primer confirming to IS 3384-1986 @ o.30Kg/ Sqm over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:3 ) surfaces finished even and smmoth without using extra cement all as specified. (b) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS- 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm. (c) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.00mm having weight 3.00Kg /Sqm with over lap 100mm & end lap 150. (d) Fourth coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1998 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (e) Fifth and top most layer of surface finish which act as protective layer shall be of 40-50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded agg of crushed stone padding, well compacted with V -shaped groove 6 mm wide and 10 mm depth filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) of proportion complete,size of PCC panel with grooves shall not be exceed 0.36 Sqm all as specified.

Fixing of 0.50 mm thick AC Sheet cut to size bent to shape as in covering over crumple joints fixed with screws & bitumen washer complete all as directed at site,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc sheets in roof covering ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work incl door and gates etc all as specified.

Rolled section as in main and cross beams, rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters, vertical members and guides and sliding gates, fixed with cleats or other connecting plates etc complete all as specified and directed

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium sheets zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L or J Hooks bolts and bitumen washer in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting & grouting with acrylic based sealant of make Pidilite Industries or equivalent

Prep of roof surfaces of any description washing with water etc complete & applying of two coats of water seal of Pidilite Industries or equivalent of other makes

Demolition of PCC as in flooring, plinth protection etc n. exc. 15 cm thick complete.

Roughening of existing conc floors by picking sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg/sqm
