Material & labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base finished surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing Glass dividing strips, 38mm x 3 mm thick in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering, 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6), surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surface as in ceiling of chajjas, facia etc in cement mortar 1:4, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Materials & labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of wall care putty 1mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for Solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm PVC plain colour sheet reinforced with MS square tube suitable for solid PVC door in opening as per specification & drawing shown on page No 160 of SSR Part-II 2010, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame, made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC , ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for to rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed to getter with solvent cement, in the frame at site as per specification and drawing on Srl Page No 156 of SSR Part-II 2010, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staples in steel widows including removal of wire cloth from existing steel windows, providing new wire cloth and fixed with screws or rivets and provision of new flat iron beads of size 12x5mm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Removal of steel window shutter incl refixing in same location where necessary will also included in quoted rate & nothing extra is admissible on this account).

Supply and fix 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality n.exc 0.50 Sqm each panes and glazing with oil putty and glazing dips or fixed with wooden beads in square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each panes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 125mm aluminium alloy handles in repair cast type anodized. Complete all as specified & as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Supply and fix 100mm long stainless steel butt hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long extruded aluminium anodised handles fabricated type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of 200mm long etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 200mm long 16mm alumunium alloy, andodized, sliding door bolt with hasp & staple (bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium ally and fixed). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 25mm dia PVC sheet coated metalic fancy type curtain rod incl brackets and end knob & ring etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (premium quality) of size 450X300X7-8mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 400X400X7mm thick as in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified Light shade tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slury and joints filled with white cement mixed withpigment to match complete all as specified and directed

Cutting chases in brick walls incl pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, concealed water tubing , and making good to match the existing cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 15 mm bore tubes medium grade, galvanized with all fittings and fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 62 above but 20mm bore steel tubes.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china WHB flat back size 550x400mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of waste pipe & PTMT waste coupling, complete all as per specified & directed .

Supply and fix in repair 0.80mm thick stainless steel plate rack of size 750mm x 600mm including shelves rod for putting plates etc complete all as specified and directed.
