Manufacture and Supply of C. I Bracket conforming to RDSO Drg. No T-8985

Special Eligibility Criteria

   The tenderer must have supplied any type of C.I. Bracket to any of the Zonal Railways/ Production units. Documentary evidence (such as R/Notes, Inspection Certificates etc) may be furnished along with the offer evidencing the execution of such Purchase Orders. The tenderer with satisfactory past performance as mentioned above for supply of any type of C.I. Bracket for a quantity at least 35 percent or more of the tendered quantity during the last three financial years and current financial year upto the tender opening date may be considered for placement of Bulk and regular Order. If such past performance is less than 35%, then the offer may be considered for placement of Developmental Order not exceeding 20 percent of net procurable quantity. Tenderers who have no past performance as above, may also be considered for Developmental Orders. For consideration of such Developmental Orders, the firm must enclose M&P, Testing and other facilities along with their offer as per RDSO Drawing No T- 8985 and as per specification IS-210 (Grade-FG-200), IRS-T-7 and QAP (if available), Technical Manpower/Financial status available with them and in absence of the above document, their offer will be summarily rejected For determining the past supply performance of any type of C.I. Bracket of the tenderers, the Vendor Performance Report available in iMMS portal will be relied upon and shall be treated as acceptable data to establish the past supply performance."

We understand that the offers of all such sister concerns including oursare liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and conditions. I/We, affirm that we shall abide by the Code of Integrity in general, with specific reference to conflict of interest [Para 2502 (e)], anti competitive practices [Para 2502(c)] and obligation to proactive disclosures [Para 2503].
