Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30.The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:1.5 :3 (One cement is to one point five coarse sand is to three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80 mm (eighty millimetre) of NTC made having comp strength of M-40 (M-forty) as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 1504 The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government, but excluding GST & including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer in- Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305 ( Three zero five ) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundered milimeter ) dia PVC pipe of working pressure not less than 4kg/sqcm ( four kilogram per square centimeter) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V) (one vertical) :20(H) ( twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 . The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. Nominal Mix 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight graded stone aggregate 40mm ) (forty millimeter) .The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
