Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size, excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

Neat cement punning on floor/wall

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundation, footing, walls up to plinth level (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerb and steps etc.

Dismantling steel work in built up section in angles, tees, flats and chnnels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead

Structural steel work rivetel, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framework, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufactures(Asian/Berger paint or its equivalent) of required colour to give an even shade on new work wooden or steel surfaces with two or more coat as required
