S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa and 150AZ as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6), set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing incl rounding the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 10-12 mm thick skiting/dado, pillars, window cills and the like, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded vibro compacted coloured glossy finish precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-40 grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning over and including 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, jambs etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer including a layer of wall putty to make the surface smooth after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint of old brick/concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair face of brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper including a coat of primer of approved tint over a coat of wall care putty to make the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain or benching in manhole complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with cut and mitred beads in squares or triangular n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, drain cover, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in manhole cover frames conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured glossy finish cement concrete chequered tiles of size 30cm X 30cm X 20mm thick jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement and pigment to match the surface of tile as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, edging including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down carefully U/S copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing sub main wiring two single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable ( FR ) 1100Volts grade drawn in & including rigid PVC casing/ caping /conduit 20mm dia or more medium grade surface/ concealed in wall as per existing along with 4.0 Sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable (FR ) as earth wire and wire connected with main earth dolly including cutting chasing and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out cables, pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fine dry sand cushioning for underground cable by providing layers of sand 8 cm before laying and 15 cm deep after laying the cable including streching the cable (measurement to be taken after punning down consolidated thick ness ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying , un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmX 150mmX40mm with breaking load capacity 200 KG complete all as specified & as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected by 4 mm GI wire as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM and charcoal, dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI wire upto 7.5 mtrs long with 15 mm dia light grade Gi pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighting not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover.
