REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT/RENEWAL OF JOINERY AND ALLIED WKS AT CERTAIN MD ACCNS AT MILITARY STATION KANCHRAPARA UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using Airless Paint Primer Sprayer using smart technique, on Old prepared surfaces /newly plastered surface of wall, cornices complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1.5 mm thick (average) white cement putty, sanding the surfaces till smooth finish is obtained and finally applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all specified and as directed

Taking down door shutters with frame not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (without taking off shutter) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate shall be deemed to be include for cutting holes/demolition of masionry walls etc for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces).

Taking down door shutters with frame exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate shall be deemed to be include for cutting holes/demolition of masionry walls etc for taking down chowkats and making good the damaged surfaces).

Taking down of shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after necessary repair, easing and adjusting complete all as specified and as directed. (Notes:- (i) Necessary builder's hardware for repair shall be measured & paid separately as 'Supply Only' under relevant item. (ii) Work to be carried out on daily basis as per complaint received from users)

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.
