Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits cu.m (including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land) with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead 10 Km transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting it.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. G.I. pipes

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supply and fixing of wall mounted sub pannel board with 1 no incommer of 63 amp FPMCCB (25 KA) & outgoing of 4 nos 2 to 32 amp DP MCB (25 KA) MCB with suitable busbar, change over switch ammeter, voltmeter indicating lamps etc complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of main switch 63 amp.

Supply and laying of following size PVC shealthed LX XLPE armoured aluminimum 1.1 kv grade as required as following 4 c x 16 sq.mm cable

Supply and fixing of 10 KVA online UPS.

Supply and fixing of 6 mtr long steel tubular pole with 45 watt LED light fitted on bracket including making foundation, painting of pole making connections complete in all respect.
