Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to faces of stone and dressing of faced beds and joints as specified for RR walling uncoursed or brought upto courses hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm for lime or sand stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to RR or Polygon rubble uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) in copings, Kneelers, apex stone, bond stone, bed plate, kerbs including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Exterior weather proof paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar upto 100mm internal dia complete all as specified and directed.
