PROVISION OF PU COATING ON FLOORING OF STORE HOUSE UNDER GE (ND) VISAKHAPATNAM

Material and Labour for preparing surface of existing flooring by removing lattice, surface contamination, other foreign materials by mechanical means and removing debris to outside the MD land, including preparation of grooves where glass dividing strips in existing floor occurs, upto a depth of 10mm and filling the groove with polyurethane cementitious materials complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for crack repairs by widening the existing floor cracks upto 10mm wide, Crack Groove cutting to V-shape in the floor, cleaning the grooves by removing of all loose particles using blower and application of Epoxy based primer to the groove and allow it to dry and followed by application of Epoxy putty in the prepared and primed groove complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for levelling course of (10 to 20 mm thick) comprising of three component epoxy screed over two component epoxy resin primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Screed Shall be laid over primer when the primer is in tacky condition

Material and Labour for polyurethane cementitious floor topping of 3mm thick over scratch coat of 1mm nominal thickness complete all as specified and directed. Notes: 1. Scratch coat shall be allowed to cure for 12-48 hours at 20°C before applying top coat. 2. If the scratch coat is allowed to cure more than 48 hours, then the coat shall be thoroughly abraded and a fresh layer of scratch coat shall be laid again without any extra cost.

Material and Labour for preparation of Expansion joint by making grooves of size 25 mm x 20 mm, application of primer to the groove, inserting backer rod and de bonding strip in the groove and finally sealing the groove with polyurethane based floor sealant and finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on flooring and the like n.exc 10cm wide with epoxy or PU based paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC M-30 design mix (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, smooth finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
