Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 350 mm x 7 mm/350 mm x 250 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

20mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) incills steps, jambs, cooking plate forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified & directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick SINGLE PIECE FOR TREADS OF STEPS), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring with white boarder lining 18-20 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick SINGLE PIECE FOR RISERS OF STEPS), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, laid over PCC subbase complete, all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator over and including 75mm thick PCC M-10 (Nominal Mix) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Roadway lighting luminaire, LED street light 35 watts, IP-66 having aluminium housing with toughned glass on 9.00 metres poles/ walls. LED should be mounted on MCPCB and should be fixed to the body with proper thermal conductive paste to ensure quick heat transfer of heat to heat sink. This ensure the LED assembly free from dust/ moisture/ water entry (IP-66). The operating voltage should be from 90V to 300V with under voltage and over voltage protection. The luminaire should be connected aluminium pvc insulated wire 2 sqmm as required at site and connecting the same to the cable with the help of the connector all as specfied and directed.
