Supply and fixing of following type of LED street light fitting with all accessories. Extruded aluminium housing, designed to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat- imported for LED luminaries. Luminaire provided with heat resistant toughened glass. Extracted aluminium control gear compartment. LEDs are provided with secondary lens optics to get optimum optical performance. The driver is used is specially designed to have surge voltage, open /short circuit protections. Degree of protection - IP66.

Supply and installation of 5mtrs Galvanised Octagonal Pole with minimum 65 Microns Galvanizing and suitable for 47m/s wind speed. Diamention top 70mm and bottom 130mm, 3mm thickness, door height 370mm, base plate thickness 12mm, base plate 200x200x12mm. 4nos of foundation bolts with 600mm length and 750mm single arm bracket

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete .TMT

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of street lights including form work etc. as required.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing\RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supply of one number of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes

Supply and fixing of sintex box of size (14x14 cm) on existing street light pole, including DIN rail and Strip connector using necessary nut, bolt, washers .etc and providing necessary holes etc. as required

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply and drawing the following sizes of multi-core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper conductor round flexible cables conforming to IS 694 part I 1960 in the existing surface / recess conduit as required including giving necessary connections of the following sizes.

Dismantling of existing damaged CFL street light fittings incuding disconnecting of connections etc. as required

Dismantling of existing damaged termination box from street light poles incuding disconnecting of connections etc. as required
