SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I : BOQ OF WORKS FOR B/R WORKS.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), ncluding cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:6, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of on brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0mtrs mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint over one coat priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, preparatory to surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white washing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The work shall be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, as there should no impression of brushing/ patches. All cost of tools, plants and material shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of internal walls by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical means (sander) along with dust extraction system for cleaning the surfaces and apply wall care putty 2.0mm thick for making the surfaces smooth by grinding or rubbing with mechanical means, apply two coats of acrylic distemper with roller of spray machine, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of external walls by complete removal of existing treatment with mechanical means (sander) along with dust extraction system for cleaning the surfaces and apply solution of water and bleaching powder for treatment of fugal growth, making the surfaces smooth by grinding or rubbing with mechanical means, apply two coats of exterior anti-fungal acrylic emulsion paint of requisite shade with roller of spray machine over exterior primer water based, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate.

Preparation of new surfaces of internal walls by rubbing with mechanical means (sander) along with dust extraction system for cleaning the surfaces and apply wall care putty 2.0mm thick for making the surfaces smooth by grinding or rubbing with mechanical means, apply two coats of acrylic distemper emulsion over coat of primer with roller of spray machine, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of materials, tools and plants as required, shall be included in the quoted rate.

Preparation of old painted wood/ wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, and providing the joints throughout the thickness, filled with mastic filling comprising bitumen 85/25 grade and sand mixture 1:3 by weight, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 100mm thick, as in sub base of floors, finish even to recive floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 40mm thick, as in floors, finished even and fair without using extra cement to recieve floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, pre-polished, size 300mmx300mmx20/25mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 liters capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) with lid, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 20mm bore pipe, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Bib taps, long body, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15mm bore pipe, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 15mm bore pipe, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous China wash hand basin with pedestal, white, flat back, size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper including brackets of any size, including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including fixing and supply of waste pipe of 32mm dia, waste coupling of PTMT (half or full threaded), fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Grating doom, chromium plated, size 100mm dia, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, capacity 10.0 litres and making good to dismantled/ damaged floor/ surfaces, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete including making good to dismantled floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), fixing in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (including fixing bolts, flush pipe but excluding flushing cistern) and including plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device and making good to dismantled/ damaged floor in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Jet spray with chromium plated, braided flexible pipe for water closet (English type), chromium plated, suitable for pipe of 15mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brass chromium plated basin mixer for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed for 15mm bore pipe, fixing in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 7349.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
