SH I: SITC OF ELEVATORS

Design, fabrication, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following capacity Machine room less electric traction type elevators confirming to IS:17900 Part 1 & 2, with for 7 stops & 7 openings [Ground floor + Six Upper floor], entrance at front side and exit on same side, automatic centre opening door, car enclosure provided with anti scratching stainless steel panel, suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply, having AC variable voltage and variable frequency type traction control,speed of 1.50 Mtr/sec, electromagnetic brake system, simple operations, operating panel with Braille Luminous buttons, overload warning indicator, battery operated alarm bell, LED type emergency light, intercom suitable for hook up to AAI’s EPABX, infrared ray sensing door protection for suitable height, reverse phase relay on controller, fireman’s switch at ground floor, digital car positions indicator in car and at all floors with UP/DOWN direction, suitable protocol for BMS connentivity, light fixtures, ventilation fan, automatic rescue device in the event of power failure, floor announciation in local, hindi and English language,dismantling,shifting of existing elevator as per the direction of EIC etc Complete with all accessories confirming to technical specification given in tender document.

SH-II: All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AICMC) to be under taken through OEM only AICMC of 8 passenger Elevator (as per item no. 1) which include routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance,monthly preventive maintenance visit of trained engineer / technician, attending any number of breakown calls during the month as and when required, and repair / replacement of wornout items with minimum downtime and carrying out renewal of lifts licenses (if applicable) etc as per special conditions / specifications enclosed.

For First Year After DLP ( 4.5% of SITC cost of item no.1 including frieght, insurances & transpotation)(excl. GST)

For Second Year After DLP (5% of cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable for second year)

For Third Year After DLP (5% of cumulative enhancement on second year cost shall be applicable for third year)

For Fourth Year After DLP (5% of cumulative enhancement on third year cost shall be applicable for fourth year)

For Fifth Year After DLP (5% of cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable for Fifth year)

For Sixth Year After DLP (5% of cumulative enhancement on fifth year cost shall be applicable for sixth year)

For Seventh Year After DLP (5% of cumulative enhancement on sixth year cost shall be applicable for seventh year)
