Part A - Civil works:
Demolishing brick walls / RR walls etc., inside the Galvanizing plant above the floor level manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material at designated area and disposal of unservicable materials / debris to a lead of 50Mtrs, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Filling available debries / dismantlled materials in pits in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 2.0 M.
Construction of Brick work with FAL-G bricks (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar (1:5) including all materials & men etc., complete
Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM (1:4) to walls at all heights and ceilings, beams, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering
Provind and laying 40 mm thick (Avg) Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.
Providing and fixing 35mm thick kamba wooden shutters panelled or glazed shutters for windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Item includes Stainless steel Hardwared items, 5mm thick Clear /tinted glass with teak wooden beadings etc.,)
Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters. (Kalpatharu make)
Providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed window shutters with kamba wood in frames using 5 mm thick clear glass panes including ISI marked MS presssed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws and beading.
Provide and place in position micro concrete (M-40) which shall be cement based prepacked component such as Rendrock - RG of fosroc make or equivalent mixed with 6mm size coarse aggregate in specified percentage by weight subjecting to the maximum of 50% as directed by the engineer incharge including mixing with suitable and approved mixing machine, pumping of concrete under pressure where ever required to ensure that the concrete laid for encasement is dense, properly compacted, free from honey combs, and necessary scafolding as directed by the engineer in charge.
Supply and applying Nito Zinc primer as per manufacturer instructions and suggested mix proportions at required places as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Item includes removal of rust with wire brush)
Drilling of 20mm dia, 200mm deep holes into the RCC structures like slabs/ lintels/ beams etc, using mechanical operated hammer drilled diamond core cutting machine including grouting LOCK FIX of FOSROC make or its equivalent complete all as directed.
Supply and providing HSD bar reinforcement of Fe-500 grade of approved make SAIL / RINL / TISCO including transportation, straightening, cutting, bending and binding with annealed binding wire of 18 gauge (1.22mm dia) complete all labour and material etc., complete all as directed
Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping and removal of form work for beams, lintels, sunshades etc. including materials and labour all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge
Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of M25 grade manually / RMC, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement all as directed by Engineer Incharge
Providing polymer modified mortar with cement sand ratio in 1:3 using Nito-bond SBR @ 7 Lits per Bag of cement, average thickness of 20 mm over the primed surface using Nito-Bond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (SBR:Water:Cement) with necessary scaffolding arrangements etc., complete
Fabricating and erecting of structural steel by straightening, cutting and welding using departmental suppied all types of steel sections such as plates, flats, angles etc of any size including cutting, erecting in position to line and level by welding, scraping and removal of rust using wire brush, applying one coat of zinc rich primer, hire charges for tools and plants, other incidentals and all consumables etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: weight shall be measured as per actual weight of material consumed at site. (steel issued free by HSL but loading and unloading is in contractors scope)
Removal of existing damaged AC sheets and Fixing of precoated, trapezoidal profiled Galvalume roofing sheets, ridges in roofs and cladding issued free of cost by HSL. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws @ 500mm c/c of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/ BUILDEX/ HILTI or equivalent along the length of purlins and where ever specified by Engineer In charge and closing of old holes using silicon sealant all complete as directed. Quoted rates for fixing of sheets shall be inclusive of End & side laps of sheet and fixing of Wind ties.(loading & Unloading of issued Galvalume sheets, self tapping screws of approved make, disposal of AC Sheets at designated place, consumables and hire charges of required machineries are in scope of contractor).
Supply and Fixing of precoated, trapezoidal profiled Galvalume roofing sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineers In-charge), 0.50mm total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc Alluminium alloy coating AZ 150 as per IS:277/ ASTM/1379 in 550Mpa steel grade, painted with silicon modified polyster 18-22 microns on top 5-8 microns Epoxy Primer at bottom side of the sheet from Jindal / Tata Blue scope / Bushan Steel. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws @ 500mm c/c along the length of purlins and where ever specified by Engineer of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal of make CORRO SHIELD/ BUILDEX/ HILTI of equivalent @ 500mm c/c along the purlins and where ever specified by Engineer representative. complete all as directed. (Quoted rate shall inclusive of End & side laps of sheet)
Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of size 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.
Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to walls/celing surfaces after through scrapping with buffing machine etc., and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed.
Supply and providing 5mm thick Clear / Tinted Glass panes of required size for North Light roof Louvers including necessary wooden beading etc., complete all as directed. (Note: The work shall be carried out above 10.0m from Ground level)
Providing 2 coats of Aluminium paint over a one coat of primer to the existing roof truss, purlins, wooden trusses including removal of rust by wire brush / sand paper etc.,complete all as directed. (Note: The work shall be carried out 10.0m above Ground level)
Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of required primer for doors, windows, grills, rolling shutters etc., of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and required colour to give an even shade on old works including removal of rust using wire brush or sand paper if required all complete as directed by Engineer In charge.
Part B - Electrical works:
Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 1 phase, VTPN 6 way double door MCBDB with 20 Amps, 10KA DP MCB as main incomer and 6Nos. 10 A, 10KA SP MCBs as outgoings including all accessories as required and as directed. Approved make Schneider/ Siemens/ ABB / Havells or Equivalent.
Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 1 phase, 4 way ACDB with 20 Amps, 10KA SP MCB as directed. Approved make Schneider/ Siemens/ ABB / Havells or Equivalent.
GI conduit wiring of the following size 1100V grade PVC insulated multistoried bright annealed copper conductor PVC sheathed cable of reputed make like FINOLEX or equivalent confirming to IS:694 and with latest amendments including bends, inspection boxes fixing clamps, heavy duty GI saddles/bases, cleats and all other fixing accessories including laying of 16SWG, copper earth wire along the conduit all as required and as specified.
a) Point wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 Sqmm
b) Point wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 Sqmm
c) Point wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm
Supply, fix, test & commissioning of 20W LED Tube light as directed by engineer-incharge.
