od22988/2020_2021/MH : Applying grease to the hoist chain of 4 nos spillway shutters including cost of all materials, labour,machinery etc complete.

od22990/2020_2021/MH : Greasing the roller assembly using Pneumatic greasing machine including cost ofall materials, labour and machinery etc complete

od24236/2020_2021/MH : Dismantling and stacking the existing all kind of damaged rubber seals includingcost of labour conveyance etc complete.

85.101 : Supply of MS plates confirming to IS 2062GrB including cost of conveyance charges

85.102 : Supply of MS Tees, Angles, Joists, ISMB, ISMC confirming to IS2062GrA/B including cost of conveyance charges

85.114 : Painting all the exposed surfaces of the gate and embedded parts with two coats of epoxy coal tar black paint confirming to IS14948 with a minimum film thickness of 150+/-5 microns per each coat over two coats of priming coat applied with zinc primer containing not less than 85% of zinc on dry film with a film thickness of 70+/-5 microns , so that the total film thickness of all coats including priming coat at any rate is not less than 350 microns after cleaning the surface using hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges , cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

85.116 : Supplying and fixing in correct position with specified initial interface the flat type rubber seal confirming to IS 11855 to the gates including cost of SS bolts and nut all labour and machinery and incidental and conveyance charges complete as per approved specification and drawing

Part-2.Maintenance of hoisting mechanism

85.115 : Cost of painting with 2 coats of enamel paint over 1 coat of zinchromate primer as per IS1477:1994 after hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site

od23298/2020_2021/MH : Painting all the exposed areas of Hoisting supporting structure, with 2 coats of Aluminium paint over 1 coat of red oxide zinchromate primer after hand and power tool cleaning including cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of testing all painting materials, all incidental charges, hire of T&P etc. complete as per the direction of department officers at site.

3. Part-3.Maintenance of prime mover switches and panel boards

od22982/2020_2021/MH : Maintenace of prime mover switches starter etc including cost of all labour,machinery, incidental and conveyance , lead and lift charges etc complete

Part4.Trail run

od22981/2020_2021/MH : After completing maintenance work conducting trial run for spillway shutters including all labour,machinery etc complete.
