M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed carpet, using 0.41 Cum of stone chippings (0.28 Cum of 12.5mm size and 0.13 cum of 10mm size) mixed with 21.90 Kg of binder paving bitumen (VG-10) rolled and compacted with vibatory roller and 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient and applying premix sand seal coat using 0.06 cum of coarse sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of bitumen (Viscosity Grade bitumen VG-10), with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premixed bituminous carpet shall be mixed in mechanical mixol at work site and laid / spread manually to uniform and smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing premix bituminous macadam laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in mechanical mixer at work site and laid / spread manually.

M&L for applying one coat of thermo plastic paint, painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc, on road pavements and the like n. exc. 10cm wide, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs cat eye solarr reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.
