M&L applying evenly with mechanical sprayer a priming/ tack coat of VG-10 grade bitumen @ 5kg per 10sqm, complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for dense asphaltic concrete Gde-II (50mm thick of each layer consolidated thickeness) with PMB-40 ( Minimum marshal stability 1200Kg) 6.00% binder content of weight total mix laid, rolled and campacted to required camber and gradient to prepare unirom surface with vibrating roller 8 to 10 tonne power roller , complete all as specified and directed
Cutting out defective portion of existing rigid pavement with help of mechanical means/ manualy chesilling,make regular shape size and depth not less than 30mm for top surface of slab, removing all debris, loose particle, and cleaning the cut portion with air blower and applying a coat of primer uniformuly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush, after that the pre mixed elastomeric concrete ( self levelling) is poured on primed surface and adjointing rigid pavement, complete all as specified and directed Note:- The mixing of materials for elastomeric concrete as per manufacture instruction.
M&L for PCC 1:1.5:3, type B-2 ( using 31.5mm graded chushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and including demolition of concrete all as specified and directed.
