Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50 mm and not exceeding 100 mm stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadum (WMM) with granite, trap or basalt aggregate of grading 2 (63 mm to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced Wet Mix Macadum (WMM) by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying a priming/ tack coat with Paving bituminious VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm) to required gradient using paving bitumen any penetration of binder content of 4% (VG-30) by weight of total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumneous VG-30 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Matarial and labour for Bituminous premix Semi dence Asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % (bitumen VG-30) binder content weight of total mix using paving bitumen laid with mechanical paver and any penetration rolled & consolidated to reqd camber & gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone boulders/ PCC blocks, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for continuous stone edging with stone cut in size 100 mm x 200 mm x 300 mm laid in length including necessary PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cats eye white/ yellow colour (100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm) of ABS plastic metal with two Numbers of red reflectors including fixing with approved adhesive/ fastener on road as in repairs including taking down of existing one complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of Black bituminous road surfaces applying tharmoplastic road marking reflector special paint, minimum 2.5 mm thick, with machine application and heat mixer, with stirring mechanism at temparature 160 degree Celsius laid uniformly with width as directed paint conforming to BS 3262 Part I & II of 1989 and 20% glass beads (intermixed) complete as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/ red bajri 100 mm thick (spread thickness) as in road side shoulders, spread rolled and compacted to using power roller exceeding 2 tonne & not exceeding 5 tonne complete all as specified and as directed Note : Moorum shall be brought from out side MD land Royally if any shall be borne by the contractor. The rate includes for transportation of moorum irrespective of the distance involved.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including suface excavation and removing debris outside MD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path, hard standing, parking floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons laid in dry or laid dry and pointed. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning/ filling under paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey/ colour cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade complete all as specified and as directed.
