Outsourcing for operation of installation PH No 2A with min one operator per shift (semi skilled) in three shifts of 8 hours per day for seven days in a week consisting of following machineries for water supply including operation of all outgoing/incoming valves , pipe lines and including Non clog sewage pump electrically driven with motor of capacity 10HP, 415 Volt, 50Hz Make: Kirloskar - 02 for Sewage Pump 3. (Only One pump running at a time other remain standby)all as directed and as directed. (a) Bore well with submersible of pumping set capacity 15 HP, 415 Volts 50 Hz, Make : KSB-01 No. (b) Booster pump of mono block/centrifugal type with electric motor of cap-10HP415 Volts. 50HZ - 01 Nos. (c) Booster pump of mono block/centrifugal type with electric motor of cap-15HP415 Volts. 50HZ - 01 Nos. (d) Liquid Chlorine dozing machine - 1 No. (e) Catalytic iron removal plant including air blower fitted with 5 HP motor and air compressor fitted with 1 HP motor. (f) Sedimentation tank capacity 10000 GHP cap - 01 No. (g) DG set with electric control panel - 01 No. (h) Non clog sewage pump electrically driven with motor of capacity 10HP, 415 Volt, 50Hz, Make: Kirloskar -02Nos, installation in sewage Pump House No 3. In addition to above, the operator shall be responsible for switching ON/OFF of the street lights within the 500M distance of installation. The switching ON/OFF timing provided by the Eng- in- charge. Note : (i) Rate quoted against item no 1.1 to 1.6 shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies as applicable and GST (ii) Payent against each item (1.1 to 1.6) will be released only after submission of authentic document as proof of payment.

Basic rate including Dearness allowance NOTE : (i) Quoted rate shall not be less than the min wage (higher of min wage published by center / state as on the last date of bid submission end date) (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of employee contribution of EPF and ESI as per EPF act 1952 and ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time

EPF (Employer contribution as per EPF act 1952, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 13 %

ESI (Employer contribution as per ESI act 1948, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 3.25 %

Contribution towadrs Bonus (as per Bonus act 1965, as ammended from time to time) current contribution is 8.33 % of gross salary

Labour welfare cess (min 1%) on sum of Basic, EPF, ESI ,Bonus and profit.

(e) Sedimentation tank capacity 10000 GPH cap - 01 No (f) DG set with electric control panel - 01 N0. One bottle of treated water (filtered water) and One bottle of untreated water (ground water) collected from different pump houses of GE (AF) Tezpur are forwarded herewith as sample for iron contents with standards of quality for drinking water at Defence Research Laboratory (DRL) Tezpur (Assam) and putup the certificate to Engineer-in-charge once in a contract period complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only poly aluminium chloride powder (raw water flocculant powder) Make :Shree Rayal seema, Vikram PAC or any other make approved by Engineer-in-Chief branch

Calcium hypochlorite (Calcium based granular disinfectant) Make : Aquafit/Purichlor (Shree Rayal seema ) or other equivalent make approved by Engineer-in-Chief branch
