NOTE :1) Removing the under mentioned UNSV/broken components of furniture article(s) without damaging the adjacent part,Supply and fixing following mentioned parts as per size and shape shown on drg in the existing place with standard workmanship to make the item complete in all manner:- 2) All furniture items is to be painted /polished only after making the entire item intact by tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing every part in-tact including polishing/painting the entire article with standard workmanship and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3) All Timber shall be of 1st class fully seasoned hard teak wood free from knots and cracks. 4) All replacement of prelaminated particle board shall be done with exterior grade Prelaminated MDF boards of equal thickness confirming to IS-14857 and shades as approved by GE. 5) Plywood shall be BWR grade-AA of approved make/brand and shall confirm to IS-303. 6) All other material to be incorporate in the work shall be of latest IS standard specification. The shades of Prelaminated MDF board / Tapestry cloth of each article shall be as approved by GE. 7) Anti-termite and anti-bug treatment shall be done before polishing the wooden item.

Removing of old unserviceable PVC Shoes,Supply and fixing new High quality hard PVC shoes of size 38mm x 38mm,Complete all as specified and showin in drg.

Removing of old unserviceable prelaminated particle board from head board ,Supply and fixing in position with new head board of size 638mm x 201mm made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2mm thick PVC beading alround its edges duly fixed with suitable wooden screw.complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of old unserviceable prelaminated particle board from foot board,Supply and fixing in position with new foot board of size 638mmx314mm made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2mm thick PVC beading alround its edges duly fixed with suitable wooden screw. complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of old unserviceable ply top, Supply and fixing in position with new top of 12mm thick Plywood BWR grade AA of size 1974mm x 824mm duly fixed with 12 x Nos of 50mm long 6mm dia flat head nut , bolts and washers. complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Painting the frame of the Bed Ply Top Steel with two coat of black synthetic enamel paint with spray machine after preparation of steel surface by sanding with sand emery paper and dusting the surface with clean cloth. The Bed Ply Top Steel frame shall be made smooth by applying metal putty on etched surface only where required.

Polishing to wooden article with french polish of approved grade and brand after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface of article with hand grinding machine,filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship.The polishing shall be carried out only after making the article intact by carying out necessary repair by nailing and glueing and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment.

Supply of seat of size 450mmx450mmx75mm made of 12mm thick BWR plywood over which 40 density cool foam 75mm thick shall be provided duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth of price not less than Rs. 500 Per RM and shade as approved by GE.

Scratching & making the entire wooden surface of item with sand emery paper making surface smooth by applying wood filler,rubbing and dusting the surface with clean muslin cloth and applying two coats of french polish to achieve glossy finish.

Removing the old unserviceable Back rest and supply and fixing new back rest of 1st class teak wood as per drg.

Removing the old unserviceable leg stiffener and supply and fixing new leg stiffener of 1st class teak wood as per drg.

Removing the old unserviceable front leg and supply and fixing new front leg of 1st class teak wood as per drg.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken seat of chair without disturbing the adjacent parts ,supply and fixing 6 mm thick one side teak face ply for seat .The seat ply shall be provided with 4mm dia holes 08 in nos at centre and seat shall be fixed with screws from top.

Polishing to wooden article with french polish of approved grade and brand after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire wooden surface of article with hand grinding machine,filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship.The polishing shall be carried out only after making the article intact by carying out necessary repair by nailing and glueing and carrying out antitermite and antibug treatment.

CHAIR WRITING / VISITOR ,FD/E6/MAP/12 , TP

Removing unserviceable damaged Seat & back of Chair writing. Supply and fixing the seat&back made of 12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 Kg per cubic mtr.

Taking out old color faded unserviceable cushion cover from each chair of foam cushions are in good shape and Supply and fixing new cushion cover to existing foam cushions of satin finish good quality tapestry cloth (Not less than Rs 500 per metre) cloth of approved color and shade.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair and S&F new arm made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting to all steel portion of chair writing with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth.

Removing old unserviceable Plytop, Supply and fixing new BWR 8/9mm ply of size 1980mmx900mm by fixing and tightening with nylon inset bolt,nut and washer as shown in drg.

Supply and fixing new rubber shoes 25mm dia of high quality placed in position as shown in drg.

Painting to all steel portion of charpoy with one coat of synthetic enamel black paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth.

Painting to chair verandah with two coat of synthetic enamel white paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth.

Removing UNSV/damaged door shutter carefully by removing the hinges and S&F new shutter made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV/damaged shelf carefully by removing the rivets and welding spots and S&F new shlef made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable rusted conduit pipe from the side flanges ,S&F new 20mm dia conduit pipe along with side flanges. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV handle from the lockers steel and S&F new 100mm long chromium plated steel handle of ISI marked with riveting to steel shutters ,Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable hasp and staple from locker steel and S&F new hasp and staple of size 75mmx40mm of 3mm thickness with riveting to steel shutters. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Removing UNSV leg from bottom of lockers carefully by unriveting and using hand held cutting machine without damaging the other parts.S&F new leg made of 1mm thick MS sheet to the existing place through welding and riveting.Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Continous gas welding to all broken joints of locker in length of 1 cm

Material and labour for painting each locker steel by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per shade approved by GE shall be applied externally and internally to complete locker.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.
