EXHAUST SYSTEM : Supply & Installation of exhaust piping of following sizes MS B Class exhaust pipes conforming to IS:3589 with welding joint including bends, clamps, dash fastener, flanges, nuts, bolts, etc. complete as required and as per specifications detailed below: a) 8" dia (200mm NB), MS, 4.85mm thick plate, Exhause pipe.
b) 12" dia (300mm NB), MS, 4.85mm thick plate, Exhause pipe.
Supply & Installation of of 50 - 75 mm thick glasswool / mineral wool, wire chicken mesh over injsulation and 26 guage aluminium sheet cladding over the following sizes exhaust pipes from silencer to atmosphere. a) 8" dia (200mm NB), MS, 4.85mm thick plate, Exhause pipe.
b) 12" dia (300mm NB), MS, 4.85mm thick plate, Exhause pipe.
Supply and installation of Aluminium cladding for residential silencers with Mineral Wool 50mm Thick, density 64 Kg / cu.mtr. wire mesh and 24 guage aluminium cladding.
Supply and instllation of SS Flexible Bellows, 8" dia (200mm NB), complete with counter flanges, heat resistant gaskets, nuts-bolts-washers etc., complete as required.
Supply and installation of MS self support structure the MS structure will be duly coated with two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of enamel paint. The colour shade of final paint will be as decided by the client.
POWER CABLING: i) 3.5C x 300 sq.mm., 3 runs, PVC insulated XLPE, 1.1 KV grade Aluminium armoured type cable (considering panel placed at a distance of 20 mtrs.)

11/0.433 KV 630KVA OUTDOOR COMPACT SUBSTATION STRUCTURE Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of 1.6/2.0 mm CR sheet steel. The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with epoxy based powder coated paint ( colour RAL 7032 ). The bottom base frame shall be welded and black painted Channel structure with lifting arrangement for the completely assembled CSS. C & at Principal tap : 4.0 KW (IST), Class F insulation , temp rise : 90 Deg C , 3nos. Surge Voltage arrestors 9kV 5kA polymeric make Asiatic make/ Eq, 1 no. Digital WTI with Alarm & Trip contacts. LT SECTION 1000A Aluminium PVC sleeved Busbar from transformer Secondary to LT Section ( 100% for phase & 50% for N, Current density - 1A/ sq mm) Main Incoming cum Outgoing 1000A 4Pole ACB, 50 KA Microprocessor based release for o/c and s/c as ICOG 630 KVA,50 Hz.11/0.433 KV. Compact Substation with all accessories complete. MAKE - Siemens/ABB/Schnider *****NOTE: Liason & paper processing & layout diagram & towards testing & supervision of total Electrical installation work & submitting TEST report to D.O.E. & WBSEDCL office. High pressure test of all equipments & cable insulators by the authorised concern of Directorate of Electricity for getting approval from D.O.E for getting installation approval from D.O.E. Govt. of W.B. must be submitted after Execution Above work which cost is included in above BOQ.
