Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick WBM (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) granite ,trap or basalt,spread,rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for prepaing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc ,sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 7.5 kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Material & Labour for Premix bituminous ,macadam using 4% Paving bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) completed all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for preparing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen primer 80/100 ( VG-10 )grade at 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix ,using paving Bitumen 60/70 (VG 30) grade, laid by mechnical paver ,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Material and labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils, spreading average 75mm thick Moorum/ red bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road line marking painting (Reflective) exc. 0.09m and n exc. 0.5m wide with thermoplastic component with reflective glass beads on bitumen road and laying with hot applied thermoplastic component 2.5mm thick including reflective glass beads @250 gm per sqm area, applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface are to be levelled uniformaly and free from sheaks and holes as per relevant clause of section 800. in addition where arrows or letter are to be provide thermoplastic compound may be hard sprayed. Contractor had to used approved make of paints, white and yellow color complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cat eye, solar cat eyes,convex mirror and tubular dealineator any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye alluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45mm/ 50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of Green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of traffic convex mirror round shape of 1200 mm dia with ABS back of approved quality including pole bracket arrangment fixed as per manufacturer direction complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective signage board sheets, one sided made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat actuvated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type IV of ASTM -D-4956-01 in blue or silver white colour or other colour combination including subject matter, message's, symbols, borders and Drg with high intensity grade as approved by Engr-in-charge, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing and fixing the sheet with steel frame work with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel pipe 50mm dia graded 202 medium as in frame work such as sign board/ railing all necessary welding, drilling or riveting, brackets, stopers and including embedding the same in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 below ground level, size of PCC (450 X 450 X 600mm) including excavation in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down speed bump any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of speed bump made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 500mm x 365mm x 50mm black and yellow in color complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
