S&F powder coated Aluminium window frame 2/3 track outer frame 92 mm x 31.75 mm x1.50 mm of Jindal and guide rail of section Nos of size 92mm x 31.75mm x1.50mm and shutter section 40 mmx 18mm x 1.550 mm sliding type including 4 mm thick sheet glass and fixed with rubber beading and aluminium hardware fittings shall be powder coated also complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminum decorative grill of HINDALCO design DG-104 and fixed with steel screws in and including anodised aluminium ;U' shape frame works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for partition walls with panels of 1.44 sqm (appx.) made out of aluminum anodised hollow sections 63.50x38.10x1.95mm thick ,snap fit beading ,rubber gasket ,4 mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade ,prelaminated one side with decorative chioce lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination including dismantling the damaged partition complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium door shutter with chowkats made out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200mm long 2 Nos aluminium tower bolts of 200mm long and 1 No mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by double action hydraulic floor door spring, shutter partly glazed with 4 mm thick sheet glass and partly panelled with 12mm thick particle board pre-laminated fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beadings complete all as specified and as directed. S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and perforated board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 cm in size and thickness 5 to 8 mm,fixed with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and including dismantling existing wall and ceiling boards, (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including wooden cover and fillets and removing away from dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for roof, column and etc of aluminium composite panel of 3mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwitched by 2.5mm polythene core with PVDF coating of 30 micron, face fully covered with high intensity prismatic (Type-IV) sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D 4956-01 as approved by GE and fixing the same to the structural frame work by means of suitable self tapping screws, rivets or bolts and nuts and erecting in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, solid, 2nd hard wood class straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with the glue pinned at joints as in doors and windows with 2nd class hardwood complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically ( aluminium extruded section body) regulated, designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed or make Godrej (C071) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs floor door stopper 140 mm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stick solar control film 50 microns thick on glass panes as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12mm thick toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 X 450 X 7 to 8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured vitrified Ceramic tiles Light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured vitrified Ceramic tiles Light shade 8 - 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite work (table rubbed and polished in any colour) 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platform, counter type WHB platform and other similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection sub base flooring etc. including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The above quoted items are to be executed with proper safety gears and necessary double scaffolding arrangements to carry out the repair works. The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety measure, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the items.
