Layingof one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required( Upto 120 Sq mm)

supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:(120 sq mm)

Supplying andmaking outdoor cable end terminationwith heatshrinkable jointingkit completewithall accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:(120 Sq mm)

Supplying andmaking straight through cable jointingwith heatshrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required(120 sq mm)

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (Cablu Joint Box)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (For Cable Join Box)

Providing and making of fabricated platfrom for 11KV GOAB switch / DO Fuse Set with (100 x 50)mm. channel iron, (40 x 6)mm. flat iron, nuts, bolts etc. including painting with primer & finish paint as reqd.

Supply and Erection of GOAB switch on fabricated platfrom including aligning, testing, commissioning etc. reqd.

Supply and Erection ofHorn Gap Fuse /Drop Out Fuse with in Insulator on fabricated platfrom including testing, commissioning etc. as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I stripat 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring,washer etc. as required. (Jointingshall be done by over lapping and with 2sets of G.I. nut bolt & sprin washer spaced at 50mm

Erection of metallic pole 8 metre and up to 10 metre lenght in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( i cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundatoin including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mmx40 mm x6 mm(7.14 kg per metre ) cross arm for two 11 kv over head line conductors complete with 50 mm x50 mm x 6 mm (anglebiron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm x6 mm M,S flat iron bolts, nuts and washers etc(as per drawing ) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of 50 mm X 8mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket /cross arm for single 11/22/33KV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two length sof channel iron 75mmX40mmX6mm (7.14kgpermetre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles,50mmX6mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supply ing and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLS ame work for 11 KV overhead line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mmX50mmX6mmangle iron to forma rectang le of minimumsize 1400mm widthX2500mm height ,complete with 50mm X6mm M.S. flatiron clamps ,bolt sand nut sincludingdrillingholesforinsulator pins, bolts and nuts etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV ove rhead lines complete with 19/ 20mm dia X 1.8metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm X 45cmX 7.5mm thick, thimble,stay clamps,turnbuckle (20mmX600mm), 7/4.00mm diaG.I.stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3coarses and :6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11KV pin insulator complete with largesteel head G.I. pin ,nuts, washer s etc. as required.

Supplyinganderectionof11KVdisc insulator for11KVoverheadlines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and sockettype andcompletewithgalvanisedstrainclamps,bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required. S

Erection of all alumunium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
