Dismantling of Double reduction gearbox with coupled induction motor mounted on common base frame of MS channel including Paddle assembly complete all as specified and directed . (Note:-The existing reduction gear boxes with Induction motor must be deposited to AGE E/M store yard )

S & F Double reduction gearbox/planetary gear vertical type rotation at flocculator with reduction ratio 30:1 and 25:1 respectively,total reduction ratio 750:1 for cogulation .Gear box should be suited for continous run and couple with electric induction motor of capacity 1 HP,3 Ph ,415 V ,50 Hz,1440 rpm fitted with commen base MS channel foundation as per manufacture design and proper design and proper aligment including grouting of SS Bolts ,PCC work in 1:2:4 as required at site and connecting of power connection etc complete all as specifide and directed Make of gear box: Transmatix/radicon/Navbharat Engrs or eqivalent ,Make of motor:-Crompton greaves/bharat bijlee/kriloskar

S & F triple reduction gearbox/planetary gear vertical type rotation at clarifier reduction ratio 60:1,50:1 and 15:1 respectively, total reduction ratio 45000:1 for cogulation .Gear box should be suited for continous run.Gear box should having external fan for cooling with electric induction motor of capacity 2 HP,3 Ph ,415 V ,50 Hz 1440 rpm fitted with commen base MS channel foundation as per manufacture design and proper design and proper alignment including grouting of SS Bolts ,PCC work in 1:2:4 as required at site and connecting of power connection etc complete all as specifide and directed . Make of gear box: Transmatix/radicon/Navbharat Engrs or eqivalent ,Make of motor:-Crompton greaves/bharat bijlee/kriloskar

M&L for fabrication of paddle assembly and scrapper assembly of MS sheet,MS angle iron,MS 'U' channel support, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers ,welding bending cold in any shape sizeas indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Supply & Lay for MS Seamless pipe of outer dia 406.4 mm with thickness 9.53 mm conforming to IS-3589 for both scrapper assembly all as specified and directed Make:-TATA/Jindal/Surya Prakash

Supply, Installed, Testing and Commissioning CPRI approved cubical type LT Panel floor mounted out door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire sysytem 50 Hz AC supply, factory made fabricated from CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN cpper bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 05 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel MS section not less than 50mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half inculding tamper proof digital energy meter to measure volatge current KWH, and general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation with follwoing detailed specification & control complete with suitable fixing accessories.

OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate ahing provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell shoild be adequite to accommodate inner shell described below having 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the comple inner shell alongiwth its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shel made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and exension links shall be insulated with colour coaded heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mmounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut slef adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availablity at the incomer. An inspection lamp with 5 Watt LED shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carrly the floowing control :-

(a) Copper bus bar three phase & neutral Cap 1.5 times of Current carrying Cap of Main Incoming MCCB (i) MCCB 3 pole 32 Amps, 16 kA - 01 Nos adjustable thermal &fixed magnetic type (for incoming). (ii) MCB, 3 pole(TPN) 6-32 Amps, 10 kA - 06(5+1 Spare) Nos (for outgoing) ,C Curve ,ISI marked. (iii) Digital type Voltmeter Size 96X96 mm accuracy class 0.5 - 01 Nos, (iv) Digital type Ammeter Size 96X96 mm accuracy class 0.5 - 01 Nos- 06 Nos, (v) DOL starter 1 to 3 HP - 06 Nos. (v) LED Type Indicator Lamps - 03 Nos. (v) AC three phase static Energy meter of accuracy class 1.0,3X240 V 50 Hz with backlite LCD DIsplay of rating 5-20 A(Measures and display KWh Only)

Note :- (a) The Panel shall be made by CPRI approved manufaturer . (b) The bottom of the panel shall be upto 0.50 mtr above the finished floor level including excavaction, remuving and PCC work for LT panel foundetion (d) Item rate deemed to be included dismantling the existing unserviceable LT Panel.(Make:- L&T,lEGRAND,STANDRED)

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks using old size bricks straight on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work / concrete work and finished even& smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of valve chamber 50 mm thick for embedding steel frame.

M&L for repair to existing water channel gate by replacing the following item :-

(a) Stainless steel operating rod made of SS 304 & dia 25 mm screwed type and length as reqd.

(b) Stainless steel sheet made of SS 304 thickness 6.0 mm size as reqd. including SS socket 25 mm 02 nos, screwed inner side TIG welded with sheet for moving of SS rod .

All the fabrication work for fixing with existing frame/PCC water channel is included in the quoted rate for this item.

M&L for Chequered plate cover 6 mm thick,IS-3502, fixed on suitable size of angle iron frame 50x50x6 mm embedded with locking arrangement and MS Steel hold fast and painting one coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sluice valve cast iron body heavy duty class PN 1.6 , ISI marked (IS-14848) both end flanged with stainless steel spindle with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insertaion sheet 3 mm thick, bolt, nuts and fixed to pipe line, testing complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-(Make:-Upadhayay/Leader/Kirloskar)

Earthing with galavanised steel earth plate elctrode 600mm x 600mmx6mm thick buried directley in ground, (earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level), with the top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 m below the normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm thick soldered and riveted to earth plate,GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade) from earth plate to equipment and watering pipe 20mm bore (light grade), chamber and coping shall be made in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC pit cover 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforeced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 80mmc/c both way with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia TMT bar duly embedded in RCC cover in lieu of CI pit cover with angle iron frame including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I and as specified including charcoal dust, common salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point/main point and testing of earthing complete as directed. (Note:- Main earthing lead from earth plate to test point & upto 7.5mtr to be provided and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate).
