Drilling and boring pilot hole in soil strata by manual means, collection of soil samples of different strata met with during at various suitable levels, preservation of sample in polythene bags/sample boxes and disposal of excess soil of mud, including the cost for water etc. As required to maintain the pilot hole properly as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reaming of pilot hole to an enlarged bore hole in any soil strata by manual means, disposal of excess soil of mud, including the cost for water etc. As required to maintain the bore hole properly as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Washing and development of tube well by using hand pump or by any suitable method and testing of the well as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lowering of UPVC pipe as per IS: 12818 after washing of the bore hole by manual means as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A)’CM’ casing pipe

ii)’RS’ pipe

Providing and shrouding of the deep tube well assembly with washed pea gravels (2.0-4.75 mm effective size) as per specification (IS:4097) and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i)with Pea gravels obtained from Durgapur, West Bengal

Providing & installation of 2 H.P submersible pump (Make – Kirloskar, Crompton, Duke CRI, Unnati etc, 51-81 m head, 9-16 stage, Discharge = 60 – 180 Lpm, single phase) along with panel box etc. complete.

Providing and fitting fixing with PVC insulated 3 core flat copper cable conforming to relevant IS code for submersible motor with all necessary equipments and fittings as required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing UPVC Column pipes complete with fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall. i) 40 mm nominal bore Column Pipe

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.i)40 mm dia nominal bore

Providing and fitting, fixing safely/ rest clamp as per required size of approved quality with nuts and bolt etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of G.I bend/elbow in the pipeline including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i)40 mm dia

Providing and fixing G.I. Union in G.I. pipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws including excavation, refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required. i)40 mm dia

Providing and fixing G.I reducer with the pipeline including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete : i)25 mm nominal bore

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing G.I nipple of medium class as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing brass full way valve with handle in the G.I pipe line including cutting, threading, etc. complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I Unequal tee with the pipe line including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I equal tee with the pipe line including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. i)25x25x25 mm dia

Hiring charge for vehicle Maruti Omni/Maruti Wagon R/ Maruti Eco etc. (Haltage and milege) will be recorded and signed by both the Engineer-in-charge and the agency.

Transportation charge for work supervision by Maruti Omni/Maruti Wagon R/ Maruti Eco (As needed time by the Engineer-in-charge the agency will arrange vehicle as mentioned above at his own cost and risk
