Implementing Animal Birth Control and Anti Rabies Vaccination for Stray Dogs in Ballari City Corporation Limits as per Animal Birth Control Rules 2023.

Bidder should have conducted minimum 50% of the total estimated surgeries in a year (i.e., 3000 No.s) satisfactorily in any one of the last three financial years, i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25. Bidders should submit work completion certificates issued by the central/state/PSU/ULB as document for work experience to fulfill the criteria.(The workdone/Experience certificates shall be signed by an officer above Executive Engineer grade)

A detailed description of the proposed methodology, staffing, and monitoring, training on ABC programs. Details of number of proposed dog-catching vehicles, dog catchers, operation theaters, veterinary doctors with AWBI certificates & proven skills in ABC surgeries, other staff, other equipment and facilities required as per ABC Rules 2023 & AWBI SoP. (enclose relevant documents).

The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.200.00 lakh in any two of the last three financial years i.e 2022-23, 2023-24 or 2024-25. Bidder should submit annual turnover document certified by Chartered accountant to fulfill the criteria

The bidder should submit valid AWBI registration certificate.
