Rewinding /servicing/overhauling of 350HP squirrel cage induction motor
a) Rewinding/ Servicing /overhauling of 350HP, Squirrel case Induction Motor, Main Stator winding after opening the core from the body and stripping out the existing defective winding from the adjacent slots, cleaning each slot, insulating with necessary “F” class insulation, rewinding fresh super enamled copper wire to complete stator, coating of Dr. Beck Varnish as per Dr. Beck becktol red, and three step heating in the oven including refitted of all the dismantled components with testing at workshop. Complete motor testing and requisite testing values after motor trail to be accepted as per IS/IEC standard before delivery at our workshop. Transportation will be in CCI scope. NB: (Lumsum quoted rate to be considering old damage/dismantled copper wire rate).
