S&F for rolled mild steel joist, channel, flat iron, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel flat iron as in wind tie for roof including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting , posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape, notching for wire etc and similar work complete conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS round bars 10mm dia for securing chain link fencing fixed to RCC fencing posts as per Fe-410-W (Gde- E-250) quality 'A' or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as spcrified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron chain link fencing with 4 mm dia of wire made up into matresses with mesh of any size and type and fixed with 10 mm dia MS round bars and straining including provision of binding wire for securing chain link fencing after and including dismantling of old unserviceable chain link fencing of any type including round bars and nut & bolts etc as per relevant IS specification and as approved complete all as specified and directed. S&F for anodised (powder coating of minimum thickness 50 micron) aluminium window/ventilators shutters, sliding/fixed type without sash bar, aluminum section weighing 0.55 Kg/m, including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, hinges type B-21 100 mm long (02 Nos), peg stay 150mm long (01 No), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc including locking arrangement, roller after and including taking down of existing old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for steel windows with side hung shutters (glazed ) including box type hinges with steel handle, steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars (weight not less than 44 Kg/Sqm) , dovetailed or welded to receive wire mesh/glass complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384 on roof, canopy, chajja, parapet (vertical surface etc) @ 0.40 Litre / Per Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density 250C, 0.87 to 0.89 litre and viscosity 70-160 cps after proper cleaning the roof surfaces (horizontal/vertical) and providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm) laid on primed surface with side over lap of 80 mm and end overlap of 100 mm, using bitumen torch or by LP gas torching and sealing all joints etc and ensuring complete thermo fusing and applying one coat of aluminum paint @100mm/Sqm over it all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pelmet box made of 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber work including 6mm thick teak wood beading after and including taking down existing unserviceable pelmet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work for cupboard shutter as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick marble work (table rubbed and polished) machine cut in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platform etc bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the granite stone including and polishing over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) as screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick (glossy type), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
