Chipping and removing cement concrete carefully at all levels and expose the corroded steel reinforcement and cleaning the corroded steel bars using steel wire brush and removal of all rust, loose particles etc. all complete

Removing the rust from corroded steel reinforcements with rust removal agent Rustoff 100 and applying with two coats of epoxy based zinc rich primer as anti-corrosive coating using Friazinc R to the exposed surface of corroded steel bars of all sizes and dia. at all depths and heights including cleaning of concrete surface, removal of loose particles all complete.

Providing and applying anchorage grout for embedding the additional reinforcement bars including drilling on the concrete at all depths and height and welding & fixing reinforcement

Providing and applying epoxy bonding agent Sikadur 32 or equivalent to the surfaces of concrete for bonding of fresh concrete to old concrete in all types of structure at all depths and heights including cleaning of concrete surface, removal of loose particles all complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping ,making it water tight etc. and removal of form for :

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Providing and laying Sikarep Microcrete 4 or equivalent non-shrink cementations micro-concrete, Positioning of form work in order to place Micro concrete to the required shape & size of original concrete. Providing and laying non-shrink cementations micro-concrete, Sikarep microcrete 4 (High strength micro concrete)or equivalent with water-powder (add 10mm down size aggregates @30% ,if the thickness is more than 50mm) ratio as per manufacturer’s instructions as encasing of concrete at all heights and depths etc. of all shapes and sizes for strengthening the structure including cost of all material, labour, mixing, transporting, laying leveling, removal of shutters all complete.
