Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock,ordinary rock, disintegrated rock or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and all such material either in full or in parts, as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, stritting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, dresing of sides and bottom, providng barricading, danger lightining, guarding etc and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of surplus excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts etc complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for :a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : iv) Sides and Soffits of beams, Beam Haunchings, Cantilever, Girders, Bressumers and Lintels plinth beams not exceeding 1m in depth

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) :a) All works upto plinth level

Providing and laying in position ready mixed concrete (RMC) with usage of Ordinary Portland Cement manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead upto 10kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C., from the transit mixer to the site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including the cost of admixtures in recommended porportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge. a) All works upto floor V level iii) M-20 grade of concrete

Providing and laying in position machine batched concrete (BMC), machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of concrete to the site of laying but excluding the cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing the strength and durability as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge. M25 grade of reinforced cement conrete by using 410kg of cement per cu.m. of concrete. All works upto floor V level.

Providing and laying filter media with Granular materials crushed stone Aggregates satisfying the rerquirement As Per Clause 2504.2.2 of MOSRT & H Specification to a thickness of 500 mm laid horizontally in layers of 250mm thick and compacted to firm condition etc. complete as direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. A) 110 mm dia

Supplying of laterite stone soling of size 150-200 mm size and murrum having P.I. Value not more than 6 and laying including packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power road roller including spreading, watering and consolidation of binding material etc.(Measurements shall be considered on finished item) .

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.

Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincf orcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.: g) Size 1500 x 400 x 150 mm with reinforcement not less than 12 kg
