Laying of one number PV Insulated and sheathed /6.35/11KV(E) 3- core 95 Sq.mm XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade direct in ground i/c excavation of trench in the earth, sand cushioning, protectiving covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. Trench size:- width-350mm, Height-1200mm/ sand coushioning: height-250mm width-350mm , Protection : double layer bricks i/c supply of Bricks and Sand etc as reqd. as per direction of the vengineer in charge.

Laying of 250mm wide and 100 micron thick HDDPE pipe PE-100 grade PN 8(SDR)017) 110mm outer dia of 6 mtrr wall thickness(6.5mm-7.3mm)pre-warning yellow colour tape printed in RED letter In English as COUTION ELECTRIC POWER CABLE place 500mmdepth from ground level along the cable route.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of size 11 KV grade through 100mm GI pipe through boring /manually digging/horizontally or diagonally for road crossing direct into earth/ground depth 1100 mm below the surface without effecting ther existing road i/c excavation of earth for entry pit as per site condition as reqd as per TS and as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Erection of earthing set for line by 2.5 mtr long G.I.pipe (ISI marked) of 40 mm diameter with holes including a pair of clamps of 50x6mm M.S flat&12mm dia galvanized nuts &bolts long with alternate layers of salt&charcoal with supply of GI pipe AS per REC specification & design.

Erection of Steel Tubuler Pole/ PCC/ RS Joist/ Rig pole direct in earth i/c excavation, back filling & ramming etc as reqd.(the Pole should be buried 1/6th.of their length) as per Technical specification.

Cutting, clearing and disposal of jungle / tree of any girth from either side of HT / LT line for providing required vertical and horizontal clearance as per provision of I.E. Rule.

Pole/ DT Numbering by lettering with black japar paint after applying priming coat with red oxide primer followed by a painting, 2 or more coats with synthetic enamel paint(Yellow colour) of approved quantity of size 6"x8" as per direction of site Engineer.
