REPAIR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF HEATING SYSTEM OF 66 TR PACKAGED AIR CONDITIONING UNITS FOR MACHINE NO. 01,02,03 AND 04 IN WARD NO. 19 OF GOVT. SMGS HOSPITAL, JAMMU.

Repair/servicing and maintenance of heating system of Packaged Air Conditioning units for machine no. 01 and 02in ward no. 19 at Govt. SMGS Hospital, Jammu, detail as under: Blower servicing by way of dismounting of blower, carriage to market for its servicing/ strengthening. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new bearings as per sample, strengthening to shaft by way of welding turning and finishing on lathe, alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets, back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing on full load – 01 job. Complete servicing of Indoor unit as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge using chemical/water through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. – 02 jobs. Providing and fitting of fan belts as per site requirements -04 nos.Providing and Fitting of 40 ampere contactor – 03 nos.Providing and Fitting of 63A TPN – 02 nos.Providing and Fitting of Heating strips of 3KW capacity – 9 nos.Providing and Fitting of Controller card along with complete connections - 1 nos.Providing and Fitting 10 sq mm Cu cable in place of damaged cable-10 m for power wiring. Providing and fitting of 35 A insulated strip connector along with complete connections- 20 nos.Rewinding of blower motor including dismounting/dismantling and carriage to market for its rewinding/ strengthening and back carriage to SMGS Hospital reassembling/mounting and testing – 01 job. Complete job includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials & works required for execution of job, rectification of any other faults found during execution for successful working of machines and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge, to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Complete job as per site requirements and as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.
