Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of power house at main TOP, receiving 66/11 KV supply in three feeders from HVPN Grid at Sector 1 Panchkulla, by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in operations of HT VCBs, round the clock for three shifts of 08 hours each including Sundays and holidays with 01 electrician skilled in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 04 Nos HT VCBs (01 incoming and 03 outgoings) of Make - Siemens. [b] 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 07 Nos HT VCBs and 02 Nos bus couplers ( 03 incoming and 04 outgoings) of Make - ABB. [c] Local transformer and connected LT Panel board - 01 No. [d] HT supply ring for three incoming feeders. (e) Other duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge. (f) Cleaning of installation and nearby area. Note:- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years.

[c] 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 05 Nos HT VCBs ( 01 incoming and 04 outgoings) of Make - ABB. [d] 11 KV/415 volts transformers 750 KVA - 01 No , 500 KVA - 02 No and 150 KVA - 01 No along with connected LT panel boards & changeover system. [e] HT supply ring for Solar plant and main TOP. Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of power house at Sub Stn No 05 near HQWC, by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in opeartions of HT VCBs, round the clock for three shifts of 08 hours each including Sundays and holidays with 01 electrician in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 03 Nos HT VCBs of Make - ABB - 01 No and 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 05 Nos HT VCBs of Make - Siemens - 01 No. [b] 11 KV/415 volts transformers 750 KVA - 01 No , 500 KVA - 01 No, 400 KVA - 01 No and 315 KVA - 01 No along with connected LT panel boards & changeover system. [c] HT ring main supply for both HT panels and HT feeder of Sub Stn No 5-B. (d) Other duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Cleaning of installation and nearby area. Note :- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years.

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of power house at Sub Stn No 07 by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in opeartions of HT VCBs, round the clock for three shifts of 08 hours each including Sundays and holidays with 01 electrician in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 03 Nos HT VCBs of Make - ABB - 01 No , 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 03 Nos HT VCBs of Make - Siemens - 01 No and 11 KV HT VCB Panel board comprising of 02 Nos HT VCBs of Make - Schneider - 01 No. [b] 11 KV/415 volts transformers 400 KVA - 01 No and 30 KVA DG Set - 01 No along with connected LT panel boards & changeover system. [c] HT ring main supply for all HT panels and four pole structure for local and other feeders. (d) Other duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Cleaning of installation and nearby area. Note :- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years.

[b] 11 KV/415 volts transformers 315 KVA - 02 Nos, 320 KVA DG Set - 02 No, along with connected LT panel boards & changeover system. [c] Servo controlled stablizers 315 KVA capacity along with bypass system - 02 Nos. (d) Other duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Cleaning of installation and nearby area. Note :- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years.

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of HT installation comprising of under mentioned equipment at Sub Station No 10 (Sector-A) by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in opeartions of HT VCBs round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and Holidays with 01 electrician in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT Panel board comprising of 05 Nos VCBs of Make - ABB complete including incoming/outgoing and HT ring main control. [b] Step down transformer 11/433 volt 500 KVA-01 No and 400 KVA-01 No along with all LT panels , switch geras/ACBs/MCCBs and APFC panels etc complete. (c) Other duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Cleaning of installation and nearby area. Note :- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years.

Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of HT installation comprising of under mentioned equipment at Sub Station No 12 (Sector-B) by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in opeartions of HT VCBs round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and Holidays with 01 electrician in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT Panel board comprising of 06 Nos VCBs of Make - ABB complete including incoming/outgoing and HT ring main control. [b] Step down transformer 11KV/433 volt 315 KVA -01 No, 400 KVA-01 No along with all LT panels , switch geras/ACBs/MCCB and APFC panels etc complete. (c) Other duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Cleaning of installation and nearby area. Note :- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) is ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years. (ii) Rate quoted against each item shall be inclusive of GST as applicable.

Outsourcing of services for attending day to day complaints of external electric supply such as making the serviceability of LT/HT lines, panels after rectifying the defects of the external electric supply items such as complaints of street lights, flood lights, gardan lights, gate lights, cables, thimbles, ferrule, MCCB, Jumpers, joints, Bus bars, Main switch, Changeover, transformer, HT GODO switches, insulators, VCBs, Stabilizer etc of any make/type/size & capacity etc round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and holiday complete complete all as specified and directed in Chandimandir Cantt including the areas across Kalka road, by deploying the following electricians and helpers:- [a] 01 electrician (Skilled) & 04 Mate electrician semi skilled in each shift of 08 hours each. (b) Duties as assigned by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Minimum qualification for electrician (skilled) ITI + 08 years experience (in having handling of HT installations) between age group from 18 to 45 years. (ii) Minimum qualification for Mate electrician semi skilled shall be ITI + 02 years experience or min six years of experience in the same field between age group from 18 to 45 years.

Basic rate for (One electrician (skilled) & four Mate electrician semi skilled in one shift)

Employer's contribution towards EPF for (One electrician (skilled) & four Mate electrician semi skilled in one shift) as applicable.

Employer's contribution towards ESIC for (One electrician (skilled) & four Mate electrician semi skilled in one shift) as applicable.

Bonus for (One electrician (skilled) & four Mate electrician semi skilled in one shift) as applicable.

Overheads and profit for (One electrician (skilled) & four Mate electrician semi skilled in one shift)

Labour Welfare Cess for (One electrician (skilled) & four Mate electrician semi skilled in one shift) @ 1% on 8.02 to 8.06.

GST as applicable on 8.02 to 8.06.

Note for item No 8 :- 1. Necessary T&P, bamboo ladders (02 each for HT poles and 02 for LT poles), hand gloves suitable for 11 KV (02 sets at each installation and 02 pairs for day to day complaints), tool kits etc for maintaining the services shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted will be deemed to include the cost of the same. 2. Penality for not attending complaint within two hours shall be recovered from contractor's dues @ Rs 200/- per compaint per hour or part thereof after two hours. 3. Items/stores/spears reqd for day to day maint for attending of external elect complaint shall be issued under Sch B free for fixing through USR.

Note for item No 1 to item No 8 :- (a) If an individual detailed on shift duty is found absent or doing double shift duty, a penality of Rs 2000/- per shift will be imposed on the contractor for this lapse. (b) Contractor shall submit photo copy of bank pass books/ bank account statement of the individuals employed by him showing details of salary paid to the employees before 7th of every month to Engr-In-Charge. Failing to fulfill the above mentioned condtion, no payment will be made to the contractor. (c) As per E-In-C's branch policy, salary to the staff employed by the contractor shall not be made in cash under any circumstances. (d) Unit rate quoted against each item shall also be inclusive of the following:- (i) Providing & maintaining log sheets for each installation (As per sample). (ii) Providing & maintaining attendence register, other stationary as per requirement.

(iii) Provision of two pairs of dress (01 for winter & 01 for summer) comprising of headgear/ shirt/woolen sweater/trousers/shoes/sockes) as per the pattern & colour approved by GE to each employee. (iv) Providing & maintaining first aid medical kit, as approved by GE at each installation and for day to day complaints. (e) 10% tradesman can be employed above 35 years of age based on their qualification or experience in the same field as approved by the GE.

Important Note :- (a) The bid shall be trated as Non-bonafide on following reasons:- (i) Quoting Nil/ Zero against overhead & profit against OH & P. (ii) Quoting less than minimum wages as notified by concerned authority. (iii) Quoting LWC less than 1%. (iv) Quoting less / Nil against EPF, ESIC & Bonus wrt same as applicable according to total number of workmen/ wages as per instruction in vogue. (v) This work prominently involves items of outsourcing of services. therefore, the rate of GST shall be considered as 18% while quoting the bid.
