Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness.(below or above ground level) including removing rubbish from premises and disposing off outside MOD land Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or boulders/stone masonery built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or pcc blocks or concrete surface, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete al as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material for thickness above 15mm it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the compressive strength @ 28 days 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density 1500-1600 Kg/m3. (Note : The rate quoted by contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 20 Mtr ht all as specified and directed)

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered srufaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, sub-base & apron etc complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 300mm x300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors rubber moulded gloosy finish incl Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 for laying floor finishes complete.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment rubber moulded glossy finish confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with end of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 190-0 or Fe-165-0.

M & L for newly painting to steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated cemented surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement conc. Of any description and in any position including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, landing etc. setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F M.S. TMT bars 10mmdia and over, cut to length,bent in shape required, including cranking bending hooks ends and binding with M.S.wire(annealed) not less then 0.9mm dia complete all specified & directed.
