OD7370/2024-2025:Dismantling the 5HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings, attending minor repairs, retaping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with Lithium base grease, heating and baking the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with 2 coats of Grey enamel paint.

OD56615/2024-2025:Disconnect all electric connections from the motor , decoupling the motor from pump and remove the base bolts from motor and base plate and kept the motor at safe place , checking and testing the stator and rotor winding. power 5 HP leading the motor to the nearest roadside using manpower, rope , chain, reaper etc. as required without getting damages to the motor, including loading into the vehicle and unloading at workshop for repairs and to and fro conveyance.

OD56616/2024-2025:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate stater and rotor/stator, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor/stator lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running(Less scrap copper)

Periodical Maintenance

OD56933/2024-2025:Annual maintenance of all motor, Main panel and sub control panel - 2 nos and starter panels of canal shutter motors and DBs which inlcudes periodical cleaning of panel with blower and Checking and tightening of cable terminations of all the incoming & outgoing feeders of all the panels. Checking & tightening of all the control cables of panels and .Checking the proper operation of switch gear items and attending all the minor repairs like changing damaged beeding and smc sheets and changing damaged knobs of all switch gear compartments and changing led indicators and push buttons and changing cont actors and relays in starter panel of canal shutter motors and voltmeters and ammeters and fuse links and Switch gears if needed ( excluding supply of ammeters and volt meters and indicators conatctors and relays) )and checking earth connection, attending repairs to all the compound lights including street light and flood lights including checking the fault and attending minor repairs( excluding fittings), and ensuring trouble free operation for a period of 12 months
