Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm average thickness in cement mortar 1:6 , for laying floor tiles, finished even and smooth including cement slurry to existing surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all specified and as directed.

Ditto as per ser item No 03 but as skirting /dado all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Non skid colour ceramic tiles as in floor 300x 300x 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Somany/ Orient/ Johnson

Material and Labour for Glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X 200X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including rendering cement mortar 10mm thick for fixing tile in dado/skirting in CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Somany/ Orient/ Johnson

Dismantling of ceilling boards (fibre,pulp,insulation, etc.) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605mmx605mm consist of anodised aluminium main/cross Tee of size 40mmx25mmx2mm, weighing 0.36kg/RM,confirming to IS 733, IS 737& IS 1285. The main and cross Tee shall be jointed at junction/crossing with anodised aluminium angle bracket of 15mmx15mmx1.5mm, weighing0.12KG/RM, fixed with suitable mild steel nut bolt & washers, snap grid frame work shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hanger 6mm dia GI(upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expension hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long complete all as manufacturer instruction fixed as specified.

Material and labour for Non Asbestos fibre cement building boards 4mm thick fixed or laid in aluminium frame work with screws as in ceiling complete all as directed and as directed
