OD170972/2025-2026:Design, Supply, Testing, Erection and Commissioning of Submersible Pump sets having head of 125m and discharge 21 lps of required capacity with a working voltage of 440 Volts with required starter, cables etc. as per I.E. Rules , including supply erection of suction pipe with bell mouth and fitted with mesh to prevent entry of heavy bodies connected in parallel working together with soft starter, panel board with bus bar arrangements having suitable size suitable rated draw out type MCCB (moulded case circuit breaker ), Isolator etc. with required protective equipment and relays as per IE rules in force supply and erection of pipe connection and valves PN 1.6 ( Non return and Sluice valves) Pressure Gauge, Electric connection, Interconnection with Header Pipe of CI Pumping main, Trial run etc. Including 1 Nos Soft starter, Cable for 50 m length each and Specials for Inlet & delivery connection etc. complete<br>(Note:- This rate includes Cost of pump, Cost of motor, Cost of panel board, Cost of Soft starter, Copper cable from panel board to the starter & from starter to motor, Capacitor, Suction pipes ,foot valve, Non return valve, Sluice valve, Pipe connection works for suction side & that at delivery side up to valves including fixing of NRV & sluice valve, Suitable Earthing as per IE rules, Erection charges of all equipment including foundation cost, Trial running & commissioning, maintenance for a period of 5 years, Inspection charges for above all items etc)<br>(Rate as per order no. KWA/HO/SP/333/2011/Pumps dtd 20.12.2011) and order No:10636/AE dtd 29/03/2023 . (The actual head to be arrived by the contractor).

10.2:Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

100.37.6.1:In situ fabrication of M.S. pipes of size 150mm (I.D.) using 8mm thick M.S. plate including cost and conveyance charges of M.S. plate, all fabrication charges, charges of painting the steel work with two or more coat deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade over an under-coat of primer etc., complete.

100.37.6.2:Fabricating M.S. flanges of diameter 150mm using 12mm thick M.S. plate including cost and conveyance charges of M.S. plate, all fabrication charges, charges of painting the steel work with two or more coat deluxe multi surface paint to give an even shade over an under-coat of primer etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

100.37.6.3:Cutting 150mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes for making bends and other specials by gas cutting including cost of gas, all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

100.37.6.4:Welding 150mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes for making bends and other specials by gas/electric welding machine including cost of gas and welding rods, all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.

4.1.2:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

100.37.6.5:Grinding cut and weld edges of 150mm (I.D.) M.S. pipes during fabrication work including all labour and hire charges of tools etc., complete: For pipes fabricated with 8mm thick M.S. plates.
