Providing and erecting Earthing with medium class ‘B’ G.I. earth pipe 4.125 metre long, 40 mm internal dia including accessories, and as per scope, drawing and confirming to IS 3043 1987 Amendments

Providing and erecting required different size Hot deep Galvanised iron strip for earthing of HT, OCB/ACB Transformer, LT panel board Motors, etc. using proper clamp of various size as required

Providing and erecting new earth pit enclosure overall size 650mmx650mmx300mm with cover plate 400 mm x 400 mm chequered plate 3mm complete as per drawing & scope of work.

Supplying & erecting funnel type earthing having earth plate of following size burred in specifically prepared earth pit 3 mtr. below ground with 60 kg. charcoal and salt with alternate layers of charcoal & salt, 20mm.dia. G.I. pipe with Funnel with a wire mesh for watering & bricks masonry block, C.I. Cover complete as per IS 3043 with necessary length of 25x3 mm Copper strip bolted to the plate and covered in 12 mm dia. G.I. pipe 2.5 mtr long as per scope of work (As per drawing) with following specification . (C) with 60 x 60x 0.315 cms. Copper earth Plate

Providing and erecting required size Copper strip size diferrent sizes for earthing of H.T. OCB / ACB/ Transformer, LT panel board, Motors etc. using copper clamp.

Providing and erecting Earthing with medium class ‘B’ G.I. earth pipe 2.5 metre long, 40 mm internal dia including accessories and as per scope of work.

Supply & erecting of new top cover plate 400 mm x 400 mm size including white Paint and touching civil cement work as per requirement if damaged for as per scope of work [REPAIRING WITH TOP COVER]

Repairs of the earth pit chamber including outside Painting and touching civil cement work as per requirement if damaged for as per scope of work [ONLY REPAIR]

Retrieveing of one no. GI earthing pipes for 4.125 meter length after necessary disconnections and Re-erecting this GI Earthing pipe at other place Inside the Installation including shifting of chamber if in good condition as per the Instruction of E-I-C . The job includes providing necessary salt and charcoal for the earth pit dug to necessary depth as per drawing to maintain the earth resistance below 2 ohms at new erection place and re-connecting the existing GI strip if available. GI strip & chamber if not available at new location is to be provided seperately as per schedule item of work

Retrieveing of one GI earthing pipes for 4.125 meter length after necessary disconnections and Re-erecting this GI Earthing pipe at other place Outside the Installation including shifting of chamber if in good condition as per the Instruction of E-I-C . GI earthing pipes for 2.5 meter length after necessary disconnection of GI strip and Re-erecting this GI Earthing pipe at other place Outside the Installationas per the Instruction of E-I-C . The job includes digging pit as per drawing at relocated place , providing necessary salt and charcoal for this earth pit to maintain the earth resistance below 2 ohms at new erected place and re-connecting the existing GI strip .

Dismantling the existing GI or Copper strip after disconnections , re-laying and reconnecting them back properly including associated jobs requied like cutting. bending, drilling new holes and with necessary additional hardware nut-bolts washers required on a new route as per the instruction of E-I-C.

Painting the number and words for inventory Identification on erected fittings / equipment’s or Such accessories as may required with good quality of enamelled paint as directed by engineer in charge.

(iii) Add for additional each 25mm. height

Supply & Installation of Pre-cast RCC Chamber Cover for Earthing:-Supply of Pre- cast RCC 1000 x 400 x 100 mm Size Chamber cover of existing Earthing.

Providing and erecting ISI marked, 1.5KV grade electrolyte multi stranded, annealed copper conductor with heat resistant green coloured PVC insulated conforms to IS 694, IEC - 227 erected in existing pipe of following size with required size of copper lugs, nuts and bolts(seperate supplied items) if required.[For Motors, LA]

Providing , erecting , fabricating the M.S. structure as per requirement on site incorporating proper size of M.S. angles,square,round, flats, bars, channels, sections complete with cutting, welding, grinding & finishing duly painted with one coat of red oxide with erection on site as per direction of engineer in charge with necessary grouting, cementing, plastering & finishing complete for numbering of Earthings]
