M & L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed.

M & L Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as directed.

Dismantling of boarding any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as directed.

M&L for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm ,using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX1.4mm, weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX36.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively, The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia MS wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as directed.

M & L Non asbestos fibre cement building board 4 mm thick in ceiling fixed or laid/inserted to timber /GI/ Aluminium frame work with screw complete all as directed.

M&L for prepration of old steel surface over 10 mm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as directed.

S&F Fe 410 - W (Gde- E- 250) roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as directed.

M&L Preparation of new iron/steel surfaces and applying two coats of Aluminium paint of any description over 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including rubbing out over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer Complete all as directed.

M & L for Point wiring in repair with PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric (FRLSH) cable 1100V grade single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area in & including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system by cutting of wall and making good disturbed surface of wall (cutting except on ceiling for fan point only, on ceiling instead of PVC conduit surface casing caping will be used) & 1.5 sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes (normal and moduler type) of 1.6 mm thick (duly painted with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer in and out sides) with and including plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover of hylam board of 2.8 mm thick including cutting holes for switches, sockets, regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw, washer etc for the following be completed all as directed

(a) One light point controlled by one way switch

(b) One fan point controlled by one way switch

(c) One 3/5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp on the same board with other switches.

(d) One 3/5 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on indepandant board.

S & F sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor (FRLSH) cable of size 4.0 sqmm LT, 1100V grade, down though and incl adequate sizes PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm dia with accessories and fittings and one run of 4 sq mm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor. Two runs of cable one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm dia shall be measured as one run length, Cable required for connection to DBs shall deemed to be incl and shall not be measured separately. Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipecomplete all as directed. Note :- Extra length of cable required for connection to MCBs shall deemed to be included in unit rate.

Note:- (i) Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr to 1.50 mtr below/ under existing road surfaces/ apron/ floors etc. (ii) T&P required for road boring to be provided by the contractor at site own cost and not any extra claim entertained on this account on later stage.
