PROVIDING SERVICES FOR CLEANING AND SLUDGE SHIFTING JOBS OF CPU, WTP, COOLING TOWER TANKS AND WHITE WASHING AT HBL ETHANOL PLANT LAURIYA

Broad job includes providing services for cleaning and sludge shifting jobs of CPU, WTP, cooling tower tanks and white washing at HBL Ethanol Plant Lauriya as per below details 1) Evacuation & Cleaning of Condensate Polishing Unit (CPU) containing sludge in all section of CPU i.e. equalization tank, aeration tank, media tank, final sump etc. and media 300 m³. 2) Evacuation & Cleaning of water treatment plant (WTP) containing sludge in all section of WTP i.e. soft water, raw water and process water tanks. 3) Cleaning of all cooling tower and fermenter base. Job includes: a. Dewatering from all tanks of CPU and WTP through dewatering pump set. b. Shifting of sludge to bio compost yard (outside plant premises) in hywa/trolly. Distance approx. 1 km-1.5 km. c. Cleaning (grass cutting/housekeeping) in 200 meter surrounding of all mentioned tanks. d. Cleaning Method: Through Mechanical or manual by contract labour, devices like sludge pump, dewatering pump, sludge collection roopwince machine including manpower. e. White washing of all section of ethanol plant. (Lime will be provided by HBL) f. Rate to include labour, supervision, tractor trolley, Hywa, JCB, Dewatering pump set, tools & tackles, materials complete in all respect. All work to be done leak proof way. Any other related jobs as advised by engineer in charge for successful completion of cleaning job.
