Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified

Demolition cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and packing n exc 15 cm thickness (bellower above ground level)all as spd

Demolition of Roof, floors (Other than ground floors ) beams, Staircase ,landing chajja, and similar suspended work in cement concrete is reinforforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilotate demolition complete .

Taking down cement plaster from brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated,semi corrugated etec ) sheets in roof covering .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 Mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6)

Removing Cement mortar or cement lime mortarr from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish

All as per item no 7 above but expect bricks

M & L Galvalised mild steel wire netting of chicken wire mesh 0.46 mm nominal dia of wire & 10 mm mesh size all as spd fixed to wallsroof etc & directed by Engr-in-charge.
