Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil as in foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n,exc 25 cm layers thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (nomonal mix) as in foundation including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work to sides of concrete foundations,footing,raft and raft beams,sides and soffit (if any) of foundation and plinth beams: and similar works vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Form work to sides of pillars, columns, post, struts, piers, stanchions with rough finished surface of concrete of square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & directed .

All as per item No. 9 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups,nibs, spacers and binders.

M&L for Forming letters figures etc. by cutting 'V' grooves in new cement plaster (per cm of height) complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even and fair (without using extra cement) as in sub floors, sub base, floors and pavings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Metallic floor hardner shall be measured and paid seperatly as 'Supply Only' under respective item.

Supply only metallic floor hardner as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L forming 12mm thick Expansion joints in 75 to 100mm thick concrete slab and filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B' complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Inner girth shall only be measured.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate) as in coping to wall complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel works as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; will ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on steel and iron surfaces of any description with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new untreated surfaces n exc. 10 cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggrgate) as in foundaton, flling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.
