Replacement of damaged standby HT Cable for terminal, building substation including modifications at Calicut International Airport

Amount

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor power cable of 11 KV grade of following size. (a) 3 X 300 Sq . mm confirming to IS 7098 part 2 with latest amendments.

Supply of 110 mm dia high density polyethylene (HDPE) PE 63, PN06 pipe conforming to IS 4984 as required.

Fixing of following size HDPE Pipe of nominal length 6 metres coupled with couplers as approved by AAI on suitable P.C.C block supports [1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)] of minimum size 30 cm x 60 cm (30 cm height above ground and 30 cm underground) x 15 cm (Hieght above ground may be varied according to the level difference) ,including providing the P.C.C foundation supports etc. as required.

Providing cable chamber of inner size 1 m x 1m x 0.75m with 1:3:6 cement concrete ( cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) along with MS cover of suitable size and 8 mm thickness with handle, including painting the cover with approved shade of enamel paint, providing identification marking etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe / HDPE PIPE as required.

Supply of following size of hot dipped galvanized ladder type cable tray along with jointing coupler plates and other accessories as required, complying to the specifications as mentioned in the tender document. 150 mm width X 50mm depth X 1.60 mm thickness

Installation of following size ladder type cable tray, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, along the existing wall with suitable M.S angle iron / M.S channel iron supports of size 50x50x6 at span of not more than 1 m including providing concrete pedestal where ever required, bolts & nuts, painting angle supports, clearing of all vegetation, breaking of existing pillar/wall for providing the new supports and making the same good as before. etc as required. 150 mm width X 50mm depth X 1.60mm thickness

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 11 KV grade of following size on the existing cable tray, with 40 mm x 3 mm MS flat clamp, including engaging required crane if any, etc. as required. Above 120 sq. mm and up to 400 sq. mm

Providing, laying and fixing 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) on surface with suitable prepainted MS clamps etc as required.

Supply and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit, complete with all accessories, including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. a) 300 Sq.mm

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: a) 300 Sq.mm

Supply and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit, complete with all accessories, including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. a ) 300 Sq.mm (Indoor cable termination kit shall be suitable for RMU unit)

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 6 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for connections as required

Supply of suitable M S angle iron support / M.S channel iron of size 50x50x6 for providing extra supports.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cemnet : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc and removal of form work.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11KV,630A Outdoor,Motor operated,Both side Extensible, CCVV Model( 2Nos.Load Break Switch as incomer with castle key interlock between CC Module in such a way that only one should operate at a time both electrically and mechanically and 2Nos. Vaccum circuit Breaker as outgoing) compact gas insulated Ring Main Unit, All live parts enclosed in a stainless steel panel of IP 67 class of protection with Battery, Charger,2Nos FPI,SF6 gas Density manometer with status and with Auxiliary PT for Battery charging as required as per Technical Specification Provided. (Suitable Foundation works is include in this scope. No extra payment will be made for foundation works)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of KSEB Metering Cubicle outdoor type made out of GI sheet steel 1.6mm thick enclosure of size 700x900x1600mm with 3 nos of 11kv, /5A Cl 0.2S CT and 1 no 3 phase 11kv PT and provision for mounting of 11 KV TOD meter including test terminal block, Control Fuse. Agency shall do necessary coordination with KSEB for shifting of existing net meter to the new meter cubicle. Necessary calibrations as per KSEB requirement for CT Units & PT including Net meter shall be responsibility of the Contractor. AAI will provide necessary documentation supports.Quote shall be inclusive of all incidental charges and nothing extra will be made by AAI on this account)
