S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick [Style] consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC "C" Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement fixing in frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality complete all as specified and as per Manufacturer instructions. Notes: (a) The size of UPVC sections specified in the description of item is minimum requirement. If the same size of section is not available, next higher size shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. However the acceptable tolerance limit for lesser size shall be upto minus 5%. (b)The unit rate quoted by contractor shall exclude S&F of glass but includes all other connected accessories for glazing. (c) Net opening shall be measured for payment purpose.

M & L for Non-Shrink, Cementitious Micro Concrete using Rendroc RG' manufactured by M/s. Fosroc Chemicals India [P] Ltd. or its equivalent in M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. modified with 12mm graded, clean, saturated surface dry crushed stone aggregate in the ratio as per manufacturer's instructions, laid as in columns, beams and similar structural members including use and waste of water tight formwork to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and as specified. [Note: Measurement shall be considered for circumference at centerline of core thickness]

M & L for Carbon Fibre Wrap around outer face of the column & beam for full length complete all as specified herein below and as per manufacturer's specifications / recommendations complete all as specified and as directed: [a] Surface Preparation: The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned with brush and cotton to remove all dust, loose material, surface contamination. Undulations if any noticed shall be brought to uniform surface to make the edges of columns round by applying solvent free, moisture tolerant, thixotropic, structural two-part epoxy adhesive / mortar. [b] Thereafter Wrap Strengthening System shall be applied by using epoxy adhesive on the prepared surface with proper roller to remove air voids as per manufacturer’s instructions. [c] Wrap Strengthening System for Beam & Slab shall be Sika CarboDur of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. and or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. [d] Wrap Strengthening System for Column shall be Sika Wrap of M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. and or equivalent approved bonding agent in M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd. [e] Fire Protection Mortar shall be Sikacrete-213 F of M/s. Sika India Pvt. M & L for providing additional reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed Bars of Grade Fe–500D by checking the diameter of the existing bars, cutting the necessary main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length, tying and binding with 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire / welding where required / lapping / anchoring with the existing shear connectors / reinforcement so that the additional reinforcement acts monolithically with the existing reinforcement and core concrete complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The shear reinforcement shall also be provided as specified here-in-above in the form of 2 "U" shaped bars if existing shear reinforcement is found deteriorated / diameter of the bars is reduced to form a rigid cage and placing with proper cover block, supports, chairs, spacers etc. Diameter of the new bar shall be equal to the existing bars. Additional reinforcement shall be provided only in case the diameter of the existing bars is found less than 25% of the original diameter.

Note for Serial Item No. 26 to 37: The work of structural rehabilitation shall be got carried out under the supervision and guidance of structural consultant who carried out the NDT and submitted report [Andhra University, Visakhapatnam]. A certificate from consultant shall be obtained by the contractor to the effect that work of structural rehabilitation has been carried out under their strict supervision and the same shall be submitted by the contractor to GE. The contractor shall also obtain a written guarantee for effectiveness for a period of 5 [Five] Years from the certified date of completion of entire work from the manufacturer and submit the same to GE before claiming payment. Rate quoted is deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material distance exceeding 10 KM but not exceeding 15.0 KM complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for 25 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in levelling course over sub base, surface finished even and fair to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with WPC as in Flooring, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing 12mm thick joints for full depth of PCC at every 3.00 m and every change of direction duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade of any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Vitrified Tiles, Coloured, Polished, Glazed, Light Shade, Premium Quality, size not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, 10 mm thick as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Vitrified Tiles, Coloured, Polished, Glazed, Light Shade, Premium Quality, size not exceeding 0.36 Sq.m, 10 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Non Skid Ceramic Tiles, Joint Free, Coloured, of size exceeding 0.11 Sq.m and not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m, 8 mm thick [Square or Rectangular] as in Floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for Joint Free Glazed Ceramic Tiles, Edge Cut, Concept Type, Coloured, Premium Quality, of size 450 mm X 350 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of the tile over backing coat of 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed. The colour / shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall/ ceiling surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying upto 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty [primer and putty shall be of same manufacturer as that of exterior emulsion paint] by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty on newly plastered walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Exterior Emulsion Painting and allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on walls/ ceiling, pillasters, bands, borders, soffits of chajjas and projections by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surfaces and applying Two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Emulsion Paint [100% Acrylic] by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over a Coat of Exterior Primer over two or more coats of Cement based Wall Care Putty [primer and putty shall be of same manufacturer as that of exterior emulsion paint] by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Weather proof Exterior Emulsion Painting through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall/ ceiling surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying upto 1mm thick Cement based Wall Care Putty on walls by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of Interior Acrylic Emulsion by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The contractor shall carryout Interior Acrylic Emulsion painting & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Interior Acrylic Emulsion painting & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified and as directed.
