APPENDIX A: REACTIVE MAINTENANCE (INITIAL RECTIFICATION WORKS)

5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD1565/2025-2026:Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical specification Clause 509 of MORD.Type-A :- By Manual Means

3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Ordinary soil - Mechanical Means - (Depth upto 3 m)

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

12.8.1.C:Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications RCC Grade M20 - Using Concrete Mixer - (Without formwork)

APPENDIX B: PRE MONSOON WORKS

2.2:Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area

OD1558/2025-2026:Supplying and stacking cold bituminous mix compound 25 kg cold mix bags an instant pothole filling mixture for repairs from authorized agencies as per indents, conveying and unloading carefully at stacking yard with out any damages and as per instruction of Engineer in charge including all incidental charges etc... complete

OD1561/2025-2026:Providing and fixing Vinyl sticker with 1 years warranty including lettering and Symbols for existing DLP board 0.90*0.61m size including painting all exposed surface with two coat of epoxy painting etc complete.

APPENDIX C:PROACTIVE/PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

OD1553/2025-2026:Supplying and stacking cold bituminous mix compound 25 kg cold mix bags an instant pothole filling mixture for repairs from authorized agencies as per indents, conveying and unloading carefully at stacking yard with out any damages and as per instruction of Engineer in charge including all incidental charges etc... complete

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.
