i) Hire & labour charges for construction of single storied Mela Office made with steel tubular structure, plywood walling, roof made with wood properly supported for accessibility and water proofing arrangement connected with staircase at two sides, railings attached to staircases, comprising of 600 mm. high wooden platform with 19 mm. board, coir mat on top, with wooden / iron post, bracing, ties etc. with show windows with glass & one toilet attached with the Office room all complete as per direction of EIC. Requirement: 3,115 sq.ft ii) Requirement of Furnitures:- a) VIP Chairs – 10 nos. b) Plastic Chairs – 20 nos. c) 2 seater Sofa - 10 nos. d) Centre Table – 04 nos. e) full size Almirah – 02 nos. f) Office Table – 04 nos.
