Removing of old unserviceable locks of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new steel locks of 75 mm size of 6 levers special type with nuts and bolts including two steel keys complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable butt hinges of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new butt hinges of 65 to 75 mm size and adjusting door by revitting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable locking devise of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new locking devise complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Replacement of UNSV angle iron cleat with new one for steel almirah large/med as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable broken legs of almirah large steel and S&F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable broken legs of almirah Med steel and S&F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed.

Painting of almirah large steel-Preparation of surfaces i.e removing old paint de restuing, filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) putty than applying two coat spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by AGE (I), complete all as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable MS hinges of locker bed side steel and S&F new MS hinges 65 mm long with gas welding / revitting complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable locks of locker steel and S&F new steel locks of 50 mm size of 6 levers special type with nuts and bolts including two steel keys complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of lockers bed side steel and S&F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable handle of locker bed side steel and S&F new MS chromium plated handle 100 mm long complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable locking devise of lockers steel and S&F new locking devise complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable hasp and staple of locker bed side and S&F new CP steel hasp and staple 75 mm long and fixed with screws complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for tighting of loose shelves with mild steel revitting /spot welding complete all as directed.

Charpoy GI pipe FD-220

Removing existing unserviceable ply from charpoy GI pipe and re-assembling the frame andS & F new 12mm thick new ply top of size 1980x900x12mm of BWR grade commercial (Make : Kit ply/National/ Century/Green Ply, Archid Ply, Bhutan Ply) with wooden beading complete all as specified and directed.

Replacing of UNSV long rail, supply and fixing with new long rail of GI pipe 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked (Make : TATA/Jindal) with 22 mm threading at one end & 40mm on other end all as per drg. as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable short rails of charpoy and fixing only short rail made out of old long rail retrieved item no. 8.02 here-in-before with and including, cutting threading at both ends ( 22 mm threading at one end & 40mm on other end) as per drg complete all as specified and direced and as per drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable legs of charpoy and fixing only legs made out from balance cutting piece of old long/short rail retrieved item no. 4.02 & 4.03 here-in-before with and including, cutting threading at one end ( 22 mm threading at one end & 40mm on other end) with flat iron 02 Nos of size (50x6mm)x860mm long duly welded in both side in equal distance on bottom side of GI pipe duly applied one coat or red oxide and two coats of black synthetic enamelled paintas per drg complete all as specified and direced and as per drawing.

Replacing of existing unserviceable /broken stiffeners and supply and fixing two nos of stiffeners of 32mm x 25mm size with wall thickness 1.6mm rectungular MS tube shall be welded with each side with long rail in equal distence of the charpoy to support the plywood duly applied one coat or red oxide and two coats of black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as directed.

Replacing of existing old broken GI elbow and supply and fixing new GI elbow shall be MS galvanised, three way 32mm dia med grade ISI mark. Weight of GI elbow 3 way shall be not less than 450gms.

Replacing of existing old broken check nut and supply and fixing new 32 mm dia 10mm thick check nut ISI marked as approved by GE. Weight of check nut shall not less than 100 grm each

Replacing of existing old broken nut bolt & washer and supply and fixing new 10 mm dia nut bolt & washer and 75mm long, ISI marked as approved by AGE(I).

Outer surface of GI frame shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint including supply and fixing 04 Nos hard rubber shoes with inside steel washers to the legs of charpoy after removing the existing wooden block complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to Hard Bed

Taking down old unserviceable plywood from the existing hard bed and S&F new 12mm thick phenol bonded commercial ply BWR grade with edging (unpolished) placed on top of 25x25mm supports as per existing size as shown in drg, shall be approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable head board from the existing hard bed and S&F new head board of size 630x190mm made of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board with PVC edging 2mm thick duly hot machine pressed all around all as shown in drg, shall be approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable foot board from the existing hard bed and S&F new foot board of size 630x300mm made of 18 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board with PVC edging 2mm thick duly hot machine pressed all around all as shown in drg, shall be approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing new hard rubber shoes/nylon buffers including removing of old UNSV rubber shoes from leg of hard bed all as specified and directed.

Painting of Hard-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with putty, (Internally /externally) than applying two coats spray painting of synthetic enameled black paint over a coat of primer complete all as on drg & directed.

Repair to Chair Computer

Taking out old unserviceable broken seat from chair computer without damaging the adjacent parts of chair computer and supply and fixing new seat shall be approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable broken back from chair computer without damaging the adjacent parts of chair computer and supply and fixing new back shall be approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable broken pedestal from chair computer without damaging the adjacent parts of chair computer and supply and fixing new pedestal shall be approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable broken arm rest (Handle)from chair computer without damaging the adjacent parts of chair computer and supply and fixing new handle shall be approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable broken twin wheel castors from chair computer without damaging the adjacent parts of chair computer and supply and fixing new twin wheel castors shall be approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable broken hydraulic up and down gas lift cylinder from chair computer without damaging the adjacent parts of chair computer and supply and fixing new hydraulic up and down shall be approved quality complete all as shown on drawing.

Repair to Chair dining with cushion

Removing of existing old unservicavle broken seat including 12mm thick commercial ply and supply and fixing new seat of 12mm thick BWR grade commercial ply duly fixed with 75mm thick 40 kg per cubic metre density 480x400mm foam with best quality tapastry of approved shade and texture as per sample complete all as shown on drawing.

Supply and fixing new 1st class teak wood vertical strips of size 15x30mm by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing new 1st class teak wood stiffeners in the bottom of legs of size 20x25mm by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing new 1st class teak wood legs of size 35x40mm by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing new 1st class teak wood rails of size 25x65mm by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing new 1st class teak wood side frames of size 30x40mm by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

Supply and fixing new plastic hard rubber shoe/nylon buffers by removing the existing broken complete all as per drawing specified and as directed at site.

M & L for removal of existing polish from wooden surfaces of chair dining with cushion by cleaning the same using sand paper, smoothing properly without leaving any untouched woooden surfaces, removing the stains and rectifying the cracks and dents with filling material like glue, bees wax resin etc and the same with two or more coats of French polish with glossy finish of appropriate shade, as approved / directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Sofa cushion of 40 Kg/cum density, 100mm thick of size 530mm x 560mm for seat/ back of Sofa Set duly stitched with tapestry cloth of approved design and colour costing not less than Rs. 400/- per RM over malmal cloth complete all as specified and directed. Long cloth covering as approved by AGE(I) shall be provided for all cushions before covering with tapestry cloth. The rates of long cloth to be incorporated shall not be less than Rs. 200.00/Mtr.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
